Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with clean facilities and excellent classes/instructors (this location is not too busy compared to some of the other locations which is a bonus). I love this gym and have also had positive PT experiences. My only issue is the expensive membership fees which continue to rise yearly.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with fantastic amenities. Spacious and well maintained. Had swim PT lessons with Celine White, who is beyond fantastic! Knowledgable and encouraging, ensures you keep progressing while remaining vigilant on perfect form. Couldn’t be happier with my rapid progress with her, would highly recommend!

Positive experience: Really love the aesthetic and equipment in Third Space gyms, however City is incredibly busy in the morning - so much so there is no free equipment, which is off putting for a gym in this price bracket.

Fantastic experience: Third Space City is an outstanding gym, and Celine at the front desk really added to the positive experience. She was welcoming, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed from the start. The gym itself is exceptionally clean, with top-notch equipment that’s well-maintained. Celine and the rest of the staff clearly put effort into creating a friendly and efficient atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Third Space is as outstanding luxury health club. The instructors are truly outstanding, and all of the clubs have the same extremely high standard of facilities. The classes Third Space offers are plentiful, varied and excellent and the equipment is incredible. It is a real delight to be a member of Third Space. If you want a truly exceptional club, this is the best one on offer in London, in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Third Space for about three months, and overall it has been a really positive experience, the addition of Reformer Pilates is amazing even if it does mean the increased capacity makes it hard to find a locker at peak times. Since joining, I’ve been doing weekly PT sessions with Anna, who is an awesome PT I've seen a huge improvement in my strength and nutrition in a very small amount of time In just a few months. She is always super friendly and professional tailoring the programme to what suits me and my body. Highly recommend her as a PT.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at Third Space City, and it didn’t take me long to notice how friendly and helpful the staff is there. The ambience is relaxed and I instantly felt at ease. I felt at home. I had a one to one session with Sophia. She was so attentive and encouraging that the strengthening exercises became fun. I haven’t been in a weight room in ages so I started intimidated and I ended reinvigorated. Thank you Sophia.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Laura enough for her incredible support and guidance during my fitness journey at Third Space City. From the very beginning, she was patient, kind, and always encouraging, especially when I was recovering from an illness and progressing more slowly. Laura’s ability to correct form and ensure I get the most out of each session has been instrumental in helping me build strength, gain muscle, and lose fat. Her classes are motivating, and her playlists are amazing! I also want to give a special shoutout to Patrick for his fantastic Pilates Mat/Reformer/Tower sessions, which have greatly improved my flexibility, posture, and core strength. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the city branch. I’ve been to a handful of others- this one is by far one of the best. Not too busy so you can locate and find equipment easily. The sauna, steam room and pool are well kept, in addition to the changing room. The reformer classes are also fab. Staff at the front are very friendly and helpful !

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym - after spending years not being excited about going to any workout location, Third Space has become a haven. It's lush, everything is thought of and the staff are amazing. I love the fact that there are so many classes, the towels are always there, and the facilities are always spotless and not too crowded. Fantastic experience: Been a member for 2 years, excellent facilities, super friendly staff, and the pool area itself is worth signing up. It’s also been nearly 1 year working with Danny as my PT. He’s been invaluable for keeping me motivated with working out as he’s kept throwing challenging workouts that were stimulating for me whilst I’ve been under a very intense schedule career wise. Fantastic experience: 2 years as a member now and have enjoyed working out at the gym, the staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent and very well maintained. Over the last 6months I’ve been training with Dan one of the PT’s. Dan has helped me take my training to the next level by setting attainable and realistic targets for my goals and pushed me to meet them, he’s a very knowledgeable and skilled PT and also a throughly nice guy to workout with.

Positive experience: Unfortunately they are cutting costs and not utilising the AC. It is incredibly warm in the cardio gym, so much so I struggle to finish a half hour work out. They have also recently installed incredibly inefficient lights in the changing rooms which make it extremely warm, so you are breaking a sweat before you've even got changed. I have spoken to staff but to no avail. It wasn't an issue previously, but I am trying to find another gym.

Fantastic experience: I did a session with Anna Worthington and I can confidently say she is the best PT I have ever met! I have worked with multiple PTs before but she can definitely understand women’s fitness on a different level! I left the gym feeling so motivated and learned so much about correct technique and how to make adjustments to suit me. Also the facilities at this Third Space are great! Fantastic experience: Great gym! All the classes I have attended are of great quality and the trainers are very good and friendly. The gym and changing rooms are well kept. Some improvements could be made in the spa area, but overall Third Space City is a lovely place to workout and relax.

Positive experience: I have been member for almost two years now and third space city is the 2nd branch I try out It is so clean, not crowded. So many classes. Although, instructors will never correct your posture even if you are three people in the class. And The classes are not tailored for beginners. They offer couple of sessions like PT complementary or lifestyle improvements sessions but all of those are just ads to convince you to have a PT. My PT was really good and really helped me with my stability issue. But the PT session is around 70-80 pound and if you take one session per week plus the gym fee 210, you will be paying around 500 pound which is insane . Other gyms if you take regular PT sessions, you will get full access to the gym or at least for X number of days without any fees. They tells you at the reception that the gym cancellation policy is one month but in reality it can take up to two months. And for some reason when you cancel the PT, you need to give again one month notice. Seriously why? PTs are usually not fully booked and you don’t book the sessions times in advance. I believe they make everything with a long cancellation policy so that you rethink your decision. The App that you use to book the classes is full of bugs and sometimes if you sent them an inquiry, it will take a week and not 48 hours as they claim. In general the gym is good if you know what you are doing but if you are a beginner like me then the PT will be the best for you and having a PT here will make you pay a lot of money.

Positive experience: A bit of a mixed bag. The range and quality of classes are fantastic - and I'd say peerless; and the instructors, PT and staff are helpful, informative and approachable. Two things let First Space down in my opinion: the app and the experience at peak times. The app is unreliable. It stops working every few weeks, and with there's no browser alternative, you won't be able to book/cancel classes. They default to a manual workaround (no punishment if you can't make it/cancel; first come first served) - but it's a continuing problem that hasn't been addressed. On Tuesdays to Thursdays between 07:00-08:30 and 17:00-18:30, the gym floor is heaving. On too many occasions you'll have to wait for a machine to become available. The classes are a good way around this, but if you just want to work out, it's crazy. Last week I had to wait 20 minutes for any of the chest machines to become available, and then had to queue for the showers, and again to use the iron. The City branch is fairly dead at off-peak times if you can make those work for you, though. In summary: classes and staff are top notch; but if you're not going to use the classes, and just want to gym before or after work, it's a huge price that'll be hard to justify.

Fantastic experience: I joined Third Space at City around 2 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I made. It is a very cosy space with top notch equipment and amenities. The classes are so good with so many options to choose from. Also to add, the staff are all super friendly! Fantastic experience: Joined Third Space ~1.5 months ago. I think it's clear that this gym has some top-notch facilities - but I'd like to really highlight the support I got from the staff here, particularly Hannah, as this is what I feel really sets the gym apart. At the very start, I felt a bit intimidated since I'm quite new to fitness, and since I wasn't sure how to get the best out of things, I only made limited use of the equipment. Soon after joining, I was offered a complimentary PT session with Hannah Ross - she honestly revolutionised my lifestyle ❤️ She discussed my fitness goals with me in a very supportive and kind manner, and took me through a body assessment and taught me how to do it again myself to measure my progress. She also ran me through a variety of exercises that felt not just strenuous and useful, but also fun - I wouldn't have come up with anything like that on my own. She was absolutely lovely, very easy to talk to, fun and upbeat. She talked about how she started her own fitness journey and she really gave me the confidence to take up space in the gym and focus on my goals without feeling intimidated. I've also taken some lifting-related PT workshops run by Hannah - as always, she was so patient and kind. She guided me through literally every lift I wanted to learn, and gave me tips and tricks tailored to my body/form. Without Hannah, I'd probably still be in a corner using like 28% of what the gym has to offer instead of 100%.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Used for swim lessons and lifting. From not being able to swim to comfortable swimming lengths is purely attributable to Will Luckham-down. Fantastic experience: I mean, what could go wrong with third space? Visited on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all. Fabulous team and pristine changing room. The gym area is calming yet well-designed. Update: I've upgraded to group membership cause I love spending my time in TS s. The club was filled with some relaxing scent or some sort...which feels like an oasis in the city. Hopefully it wouldn't get too crowded in the next few months!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Third Space for a couple of months now and I’m so glad I made the decision to join. The club itself is a lovely place to escape to mid or post work, it is beautifully fitted out and spotlessly clean (Housekeeping team do an amazing job). The classes are the main reason I joined and they have surpassed my expectations. All of the instructors are excellent - particular favourite classes so far are Hot yoga with Patrick and Emily and Pilates with Eloise. All of the staff at the club are really friendly and I always feel welcome when I come in. Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of joining.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Third Space city for a month now and I’m so happy I joined. I was a bit hesitant at first because I’m new to gyms and find them quite overwhelming to be in. I have Autism and long covid, that’s effected my health and breathing, and confidence. I was introduced to Yaw for sign up, who took me through the induction and showed me around. He instantly made me at ease. He also introduced me to Sara one of the personal trainers who took me through the very basics and gave me some direction at the gym. Both of them were so wonderful and helped me out so much. They made it such a nice experience that I’ve wanted to come back. The gym itself is wonderful and very clean. It’s such a lovely environment to be in. I also took a lifting class with Sophia who is also just so lovely and friendly.She gave me plenty of modifications for my body type and personal anatomy. So far I’m so impressed and it’s quickly became a place I want to be in and enjoy being in. I love the additional bonus of the sauna, steam and pool after my work out. Reading my book by the pool after a good workout is absolute bliss. Thank you city team for all the help and kindness it’s really appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym since January. The gym is really modern with great facilities. The classes they offer are varied and challenging. I like the mind-body studio for hot yoga and pilates, where there are infrared red heaters above each mat. They also clean the studio after each class. The instructors are really fantastic - they ask about any medical conditions, keep an eye out during class and remember from week-to-week. The changing rooms are also brilliant - with nice touches like GHD hairdryers and straighteners, hairspray, deodorant, hairbands etc. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Probably going to get a membership here. Came on a guest Pass a few times and the facilities are amazing. The classes are tough and really challenging. The trainers are good as well. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Third Space for over 2 months now and I’m loving it! The gym is also kept clean and it’s a welcoming environment. Everyone is friendly and helpful. There’s a variety of classes to choose from. I never enjoyed spin classes and never thought I’d want to go 3 times a week to Just Ride! The gym is also well equipped - even at peak times I can normally get a squat rack quickly. The sauna is also a lovely post-workout bonus.

Fantastic experience: I've enjoyed using this gym but have some feedback regarding the experience during closing hours - the cleaning and front desk staff start wrapping up while members, including myself, are still working out. This includes vacuuming around members, which is uncomfortably loud for those with noise-induced hearing loss, like myself. Also cleaning activities, use of aerosols, packing up equipment etc can be disrupting for members still working out. This happens at least an hour before closing, sometimes earlier. I want to be very clear that my feedback is not a critique of the staff whose efforts are very much appreciated and valued, but rather the scheduling decisions made by management. Both cleaning and front desk staff conclude their duties at closing time, which seems to rush both their tasks and the members’ workouts. Extending staff’s paid work hours beyond closing - so cleaning routines and front desk activities were scheduled to commence after the gym officially closes to members - could benefit everyone involved. This change could ensure that members can complete their workouts and staff can finish their duties in a more comfortable and less rushed environment I appreciate the efforts in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency but believe these adjustments could significantly improve the experience for members who tend to work out in late hours. Fantastic experience: Great gym! I have always struggled to be consistent at the gym and get a routine but since I started training with Anthony I found it very easy. He is super knowledgeable and patient, he even designed a personalised plan for me to train whenever I’m by myself and he understood my fitness goals since the very beginning! I love the facilities as I get to recover at the sauna and pool after my PT sessions with Anthony. The entire gym is pretty much open and clean. I had a little issue and I was heard and offered with a solution promptly so I much appreciate the customer service.

Positive experience: I did really enjoy this gym but now I have to wait quite a long time to use a lot of the machines. I don’t think the price justifies the premium nature of this gym if you can’t even do the workouts that you want and stay longer than necessary because of the lack of space. I think Third Space can better control the amount of people per day as it feels like a mad house at times.

Fantastic experience: I joined Third Space City about 2 months ago and for the first time in my life, have really enjoyed going to the gym. Whilst it is a gym, the concept behind Third Space really is true and it doesn’t feel like it’s just a gym. Everyone is very friendly, the equipment always works and there are never too many people in the gym at one time so there is always free equipment. It’s quite spacious too and the pool is brilliant. All staff are welcoming and happy to help. In addition to this, I have been doing Personal Training with Rob Clark since joining. He has been an inspiration for me to really focus on what I want to achieve. I’m still on a recovery journey following a head, neck and back injury last year and Rob has worked with me to build a personalised approach to achieve my goals taking this in to account. What can I say, it’s done so much good for me and I’m so much further down my recovery route even after only 2 months. For anyone looking for a Personal Trainer, I would recommend Rob in a heartbeat. A genuinely nice person, always makes you work hard, always pushing you, but always in a positive way! 2024 is the year of health focus for me and Third Space, especially Rob, will be a big part of it!

Positive experience: A nice gym and pool complex with good equipment. However, always too busy for a good workout before / after work and closes quite early (9.40 pm gym floor is closed). For >£250 a month you would expect more limited membership numbers

Fantastic experience: I joined Third Space this year in a very clichéd ‘new year new me’ impulse, but I can see already that this might actually be something I stick to! The club is lovely, everything is always kept so clean and fresh, and the availability of equipment is second to none. The classes I have attended have all been excellent and I can actually feel like I might be starting to enjoy the gym!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym which despite being in the heart of the City never seems to be too crowded. Changing rooms are a delight. Special shout out to Rob Clark, one of the gym’s PTs, who has helped me shave minutes off long-distance running with strength and core training - moving at my pace.

Positive experience: My favourite third space location. The training floor is great, has all the equipment you could need and an amazing callisthenics area. The only two areas of improvement I would like to see: - would be great if they could add a hydro pool among the spa facilities which is great for relieving muscle tension after a workout. - a reformer Pilates studio would be amazing, like they now have in Wimbledon.

Fantastic experience: I joined Third Space City in September last year, and started training with Danny Webster. The gym is clean, with all the equipment you could dream of, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The pool area is perfect for a relaxing swim or just to lounge around, the sauna and the steam room are exactly what you need after a good night out. Training with Danny has also been an absolute joy; I still can't believe how much progress I've made thanks to him. His programs are perfectly suited, varied enough to not feel repetitive, and come with great results (as long as you follow them properly). Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have loved being a member of Third Space City for the last few months. There is a wide range of equipment to suit all needs as well as various classes on offer. Fantastic experience: Third Space is an excellent club, and their pool area with the steam room and sauna always looks great, making it a nice addition after a workout. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, as are the members. If any of the equipment is broken, it is promptly replaced or fixed. I definitely recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: I’ve only joined the gym recently, and I couldn’t be happier. The gym itself has all equipment I need and more. Even with the new year, I haven’t needed to wait to use equipment. I’ve also been impressed with their classes and the variety available across the day. It’s easy and convenient to book through their app. The shower and changing facilities are spacious and clean, with all products you need to get ready after a gym session. It’s been a great upgrade from my previous gym, and I highly recommend the City location.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently joined Third Space City, I have been to pretty much every gym in London and have to say this is by far one of the best! Great classes with expert instructors, clean, friendly and easy to get on to classes. I’m especially enjoying the Hot Yoga - the mind and body studio always has clean mats and equipment out to so you don’t have to waste time getting and putting things away.

Fantastic experience: My time at Third Space is always amazing. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The range of classes available is outstanding, and I especially love yoga and pilates. The instructors really make the sessions fun and engaging. Plus, they've got a gorgeous spa area with a sauna, steam room, and pool. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Third Space City. The classes are fun and challenging (I love Afterburner with David, Dance Fit with Lydia, Sweat X with Emma and Hot Vinyasa with Richard!) and the amenities are wonderful— shampoo, conditioner, all the additional thoughtful bits like shower caps and hair straighteners, spray, deodorant etc. Plus the pool is stunning and the workout rig is equipped with all the things you need for a fun and varied workout! I genuinely enjoy coming here so much and would recommend this studio to anyone.

Negative experience: I have been a member for two years and used to really enjoy this club. However many of the yoga and method classes have been changed to pilates. There are far too many pilates classes. It is similar at the Moorgate club where a vinyasa yoga class has changed to a soft hatha. Am seriously considering leaving. Considering the price, the club does not listen to members feedback. Avoid unless you really like pilates!

Fantastic experience: Third Space is expensive, but it's worth the money. It's the best gym option for me because it has a great selection of classes and the booking policy is much better than other gyms. The pool at City is amazing and not too busy.

Negative experience: I really don’t recommend Third Space because they’re quite dishonest with their membership. I applied to cancel my membership and paid the last month as specified in the conditions but now I keep receiving threatening emails from Third Space saying that I haven’t paid my last month. The money went out my bank account but it seems they made some mistakes on their end (I had a manager on the phone who confirmed that it happens when people change clubs). Now they’re denying saying it and keep harassing me for a payment! I really don’t recommend. It is a really bad customer service for a club that expensive ! EDIT: No it hasn't been resolved and despite one of your employee admitting the mistake was on your end you're still harasing me to pay for October a month Third Space froze my membership. Poor customer service for a supposedly "high end gym"

Fantastic experience: The gym and staff are top class. I trained with Oli Bird as my PT for many months and had a great experience. He put together a structured plan that challenged me and made me enjoy going to the gym. I’d still be working with him if I hadn’t moved, and would recommend him to anybody!

Fantastic experience: I've been doing personal training here with Rob for over a year, and I still enjoy every visit.
