Fantastic experience: From Connor
Fantastic experience: I like getting myself fit and healthy and drink lots of water. Because it is all about hydration. I did some football skills in the squash courts and did the gym.
Fantastic experience: I wasn't a service user attending ROC Active in Exeter but I did 3 months of placement work here and I couldn't pick a fault with it. The staff there are amazing and are fantastic with the service users. There are so many opportunities for all disabilities and I can ensure you that there are plenty of activities for everyone to do to have an amazing day, morning or even afternoon. I would highly recommend the service to anyone who is looking to make new friends and socialise, get more active or receive support as a whole.
