Fantastic experience: I've had a membership here for 20 yrs on and off. Neil keeps the gym in good order and is always looking out for more equipment to work with. An old school gym with a good attitude and no attitude of any of the other people that use the place .open 24,7 so no excuses not to work out .

I work full time here as a personal trainer -KA Fitness and it’s the best move I made .I have worked in commercial gyms and they don’t touch this gym !

Fantastic experience: £25 a month is a steal (£4 for single entry), not too busy with lots and lots of equipment. Nothing fancy but nice people at the desk and they let you get on with it. Old fashioned gym feel.

Positive experience: Good sized gym. Not too busy. Has all the equipments you need. Owner is friendly too. Could improve on having cleaning products for hygiene especially after using equipments
