Fantastic experience: Owners are very supportive, everybody is super nice, and if you have any questions you could just ask Charlie and he'll be happy to help out. Just a fun place to be!

Negative experience: The worse gym ever don't accept people that are on benefits only people that are working Disgusting Behavior if they were on benefits they would understand but they don't don't go to this place trust me and also if u don't have confidence they also don't trust you

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Big C’s Gym for over a year now and I love it - love, love, love it. Everyone is so friendly, Charlie is an amazing instructor and the vast array of equipment is fantastic. This is the best gym I’ve ever been to. I would highly recommend this to anyone new, experienced or competitive. Big C’s Gym is the place to be! Reps for Rammus!!!

Fantastic experience: This is not a leisure centre gym, it is a proper backstreet gym with so much decent equipment geared towards strongman training. Has atlas stones, yoke, farmers rig, axle bars, viking press, etc. Really good friendly staff and environment as well.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely in love with this gym, super supportive from the owners and also every single member who works out there, great gym equipment and the strongman/strongwoman equipment is incredible! The owners at this gym will do anything they can do to help you achieve your goals. Used to be at puregym and walked into big cs once and I cancelled my pure membership on the way out of the building! They’re stuck with me now lol

Fantastic experience: Being a bigger girl and quite self conscious about starting a gym I was recommended by my best friend who works there to come along and give it a go, my first day I felt instantly relaxed, there is equipment for all ages and abilities, the clientel are welcoming and the management and staff are so helpful, funny and friendly, it's a family environment where you can either come in, put your headphones in and do your own thing or get involved and support others on their workouts. If anyone is starting out at the gym or is an avid goer looking for a change this is definitely a great place to go.

Fantastic experience: This a great place to train, a proper gym, with a great atmosphere and everyone is supportive and encouraging no matter who you are or how you look everyone really is made to feel welcome here and PT's are great full of knowledge and have great experience

Fantastic experience: I am a sporadic gym goer at best and the past year hasnt helped so I have been looking for a gym that is supportive with a great atmosphere and good equitment and some strongman bits if you fancy it. This gym is excellent and supportive with friendly staff. I have been looking for a gym like this for a while and it fit the bill perfectly. A uniqe selling point is also the PT which is included in certain memberships. Hands down best gym in gosport
