Such as PUMP45 a barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit fast. ABS, CORE & KETTLEBELLS a 30 minute class that targets functional movements toning and strengthening the core with a mix of full body conditioning. Our Spinning Studio is fully air-conditioned with themed lighting and a superb sound system. Our highly experienced instructors will guide you through an amazing workout that will rocket your fitness level in no time! Classes range from 50 minutes to a fast pace HIIT 30 minute session. Our studio is kitted with World renowned Bodybike Supreme Classics. A world leader in indoor cycling bikes.

We have 4 separate training areas, Cardio, Resistance, Functional & Free Weights. Our Cardio Suite is filled with top of range Life Fitness equipment ranging from treadmills, Cross Trainers, up-right & recumbent cycles, Concept 2 rowers, Ski-Ergs, assault bike, Air runner and a Wattbike. The weight training gyms have a fast range of equipment and free weights which allows our team to continuously progress your fitness program and guide you to your personal goals..
