Fantastic experience: A lot of people here will challenge you honestly but will always try to build you up. They will also leave you alone if that's your preference unless you will hurt yourself. I'm a 60 kg man, I'm a weed that can barely lift, but I don't feel intimidated anymore, I used to. But not anymore. Good place.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym set out. Best equipment, the staff are friendly , helpfull and welcoming (even for us oldies!!) Would highly recommend to all ages and levels, you don't need headphones because the music is insane
