Negative experience: Was a good gym once but after they’ve installed new fingerprint system and forcing you to use it I’ll have to start looking for a new one. They didn’t even notify about it in advance so I would be able to cancel my payment.
Was a good gym once but now we’re opening for longer hrs giving people better value for money and flexibility we’re now no longer good gym….. Hi Alex. Fingerprint entry systems with turnstiles are very common. It’s for our security aswell as other members so qr codes aren’t shared and we know who is in the gym at all times to comply with insurance and to know the gym is in safe hands. We’re extending our hrs and much like 24hr gyms, the gym has to be secure. And as for not giving notice. It’s been all over our social media including a specific post 2 weeks ago that we were changing everyone from qr codes to fingerprints so we can turn the turnstiles on, and we have answered plenty of questions. The turnstiles have actually been in place since March. Your fingerprints are not shared with anyone. They are simply used to make sure your payment has been made and that people aren’t sharing qr codes, therefore leaving the gym out of pocket and exposing us to people who do not respect the gym or the people in it. How can the gym be a safe environment if just anyone can walk in? The extended hrs are to benefit YOU the member and give YOU more flexibility and value for money from your membership, all while continually adding new equipment and not increasing memberships for the last 5 years. I think not valuing our security says more about you than us. Maybe you have been sharing your qr code? Or maybe walking in without paying? I will of course look at your membership and contact you personally to respond to us cancelling your membership, as you could have contacted me privately. Just to summarise, 99.9% of people would see what we are doing as nothing but positive!…. But there’s always one!
Fantastic experience: Known about this gym for a few years now and have been a quite a lot of times, they have made it bigger and more equipment (especially for legs which is always good) Gym owner always helpful and the place is always clean which is great Just a great gym to put your head down and get to work also have a good social vibe there as people offer help when needed

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for my leg sessions every Monday for a good few months now. Easily the best gym in the Buckinghamshire/Bedfordshire area in my opinion, great vibe and fantastic equipment and facilities you can tell the owner has put some serious thought into what pieces he’s purchased. If I lived closer this gym would be my go to daily!
Positive experience: Great gym equipment but lacks changing rooms and no water fountain to refill your water bottle.
Hi Lewis, thanks for the review. We do have changing rooms, both male and female, you have to walk past them to get to the toilet. Ultimately we are a gym so we’re glad you liked our equipment. We do sell water in the fridge and members are free to bring their own, as much of it as you would like Have a great new year and hopefully we’ll see you again

Fantastic experience: Had a student membership here for over a year now and training frequently on odd sessions with friends over a period of roughly 3/4 years. Firstly the owner Gavin is a sound down to earth, easy to talk to guy. Always up for a chat about anything; willing to give advice and help on any queries you might have. There's a HUGE range of supplements and clothing that Gavin has on standby to help you progress in your training and fashion Most of the body building equipment is hammer strength so you'll be using top of the range kit which he often swaps in and out every few months for new or different things. Overall it's a cracking gym to train at.
