Fantastic experience: Been training at AG's Gym for well over 10 years, it was OMR prior to Alan becoming proprietor and I can't fault the place, its well priced for membership, it's a good,clean and a friendly gym. It has everything you would want for a full workout on all parts of the human anatomy. If you want to lift heavy, it can cater to that. If you want cardio, repartition workouts it can cater to that also. You can never be bored in this place, there is always ways to push yourself to you limits and achieve what you want. I've started taking my eldest lad (14 years old) and he was welcomed in by all members and staff and is now confident enough to go in there on his own and train, knowing there is always someone in there to help or even talk to. Saves him dossing at home or out and about up to mischief. Anyway 10/10 I give this gym purely because it gives you what you want as long as you put 100% in.
