Fantastic experience: Jess goes above and beyond. From the moment I first visited the Hub and enquired about joining she has always been so happy and helpful. Nothing is too much for her and she’s always busy doing everything, from cleaning the pool floor to fixing machines. She is an absolute asset to the company and I hope the powers that be see how hard she works.

Positive experience: Very good club, great staff, equipment is a little tired & parts could benefit from upgrading. Some machine/equipment when broken, take a long time to be fixed. However everything else makes up for it. The location & facilities as a whole are great.

Fantastic experience: Myself and a friend are staying nearby and booked ourselves in for a massage each. We arrived early and made use of the facilities, sauna, steam room and the heated tiles all amazing not busy and very clean. Our massages were fantastic I had Selena and my friend had Ellie. I came out feeling very relaxed and refreshed. There was just the right amount of pressure and the oils used smelt and felt great. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Equipment is state of the art. The trainers are extremely helpful and proactive. The atmosphere is friendly and not at all intimidating for people new to exercise. It is certainly the best facility of it's kind in the area.

Negative experience: Really wanted to join this gym so went online to their website. I couldn't find anywhere on the website that explained what Silver, Gold or Platinum was so was forced to telephone them. I rang the main number a number of times pressing 5 to go through to the Gym and every time there was no answer. I then rang again and pressed 1 for reception, it wasn't the most friendly of welcomes but the reception did put me through to the gym. A person picked up the phone and immediately put it down again!! All I can say is thank god I'm not paying £1000 a year to be treated like that. I won't even consider this gym now.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for exactly 1 year now and have had the most enjoyable experience during that time. All personal trainers have been immensely helpful and always available with sound advice when needed. Equipment and facilities are well maintained and repaired quickly if required. The recently completed extension to the gym area has been a great addition.

Fantastic experience: Very enjoyable spa day with the wife for our anniversary - service and facilities were amazing and we will definitely be back. We booked the overnight stay, afternoon tea and evening meal too, so made a full couple of days of it.

Fantastic experience: I have been to the spa quite a few times for a massage and the team are always great. My best friend and I went today for a Spa day and Sue was amazing. So friendly, helpful and she really is an incredible massage therapist. We both came out feeling so relaxed, and loved every minute! Thank you!

She also showed us round 2 weeks ago and we were very impressed by the facilities and Jordan was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. Fantastic experience: Just had a Fab synergise class with Luke really good start for the weekend. Definitely recommend the classes if anyone’s unsure on exercise, they really get you working & enjoying it too! Spoke to Joe who was on reception this morning very knowledgeable & recommended on a few more exercise movements I could do later in the day. Stuart & his team are all first class coaches definitely worth 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: There isn't a better way to start the day than a visit to the Health Hub. First class facilities and first class service from Stu and team. Anyone looking for a one stop shop for all health and wellbeing needs, do not need to look any further than the Health Hub!!

Positive experience: We’ve been members for just over a month, and find the facilities at the Bury St Edmunds Health Hub pool, sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tub to be good, clean and usually well-maintained. However, on our last visit, the pool temperature was noticeably colder, the outdoor hot tub to be out of order - but no signage or explanation as to why - and the indoor jacuzzi appeared to have been overfilled with cleaning agent, resulting in excessive amounts of uninviting foam across the whole water surface. When we raised our concerns with the reception desk upon our departure, staff appeared ambivalent and not particularly bothered to explain why. A bit disappointing, given an otherwise good experience. Hopefully things will improve on our next visit.

Greets you with a smile Gemma does an excellent job regardless of whether it is ironing out knots with a work it out massage or doing our nails. Oh my God! Afternoon tea is delicious and such good quality but way too much food. It is such a wonderful atmosphere, it's my present to all my loved ones

Fantastic experience: The Health Hub is a great place to come. There are excellent facilities, inside and out, and great classes too. There's something for everyone. I love working out at the gym and joining in with the groups who enjoy the classes. The gym team are wonderful - friendly and helpful and always have time for you. If you're new to gyms and unsure what to do, they'll give you advice and a program to set you on your way. If you're a regular, having a personal trainer provides additional challenge and guidance to move your fitness forward. Tanner is my trainer and he's amazing! I moved to BStE in 2018 and feel lucky to have found it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since February 1999. I joined because I was going on a trekking holiday to Madagascar and did not want to be a wimp! I have continued my membership since then. Now, my husband has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, I go to the health club 5 times a week and see this as my sanity place. It is one of the few places I can escape from the tribulations of everyday life

Fantastic experience: Outstanding facilities - really well-equipped indoor and outdoor gyms, lots of great classes, lovely pool, steam room, sauna and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. Spa and beauty if that's your thing.The best though are the friendly and knowledgable staff, always keen to help, and amazing members of all abilities. Do an evening outdoor class, looking out at the sun setting over the golf course, followed by an outdoor jacuzzi, and it's hard not to imagine you are at a beautiful holiday resort. Bliss.

Fantastic experience: I visit the Health Hub 5 days a week for a swim & a sauna, it’s really clean, the staff are friendly and it’s a general lovely experience. It must be good for me to warrant my 20 minute each way drive there and back! I can highly recommend it.

The manager of the HH, Stuart is very approachable and willing to assist with what ever you ask. Stuarts team of PTs, are also approachable. Fantastic experience: I've recently joined the gym at the health hub and can not praise it highly enough. Not only are the team friendly and welcoming, they also seem to care about their jobs and are on offer to give advice if needed. The thing I really loved was the free pt plan set up by Stu which has helped me focus on the changes I want to make. The pool and hot tub are added bonuses as well as an amazing outdoor body pump class.

Fantastic experience: Just joined up, very pleased with the place. Staff welcoming and helpful. Everywhere clean and tidy. Lovely changing rooms. Love the pool and the outdoor hottub. Not used a gym before so can't comment on the equipment but what I have used has been great, I can watch my own choice of music videos while exercising.

Fantastic experience: All of the health hub is very clean and it's obvious this is done on a regular basis which is good to see. The swimming pool is always a good temperature, it's often busy so worth juggling with times so you almost have the pool to yourself. A great luxury. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Doing a great job here despite the pandemic. Personal training with Tanner Call left me appropriately achey. UPDATE PT with TC remains excellent. I run, so PT is aimed at the rest: countering muscle-loss and increasing strength to prevent injury. Gym cleaner than it used to be.

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym when it reopened after lockdown. Have been really happy with all the covid measures in place and feel confident in being able to use the gym safely. Even more importantly the facilities are amazing - gym equipped with all the equipment you could want and enough of it so that there are never long waits for the equipment you want to use. The pool area is also really nice, good length pool and a comfortable temperature, with a great little jacuzzi to relax in after your session! The whole Health Hub is always immaculately clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, overall great place to be a member!

Fantastic experience: I've been using the Gym for a year now and really like it. It's smaller than some and you feel like space might be at a premium, but this has never proved to be a problem. Sometimes there are only a couple of lockers available which could be solved by people not keeping them locked for themselves for the week. Other than someone inventing an ignorance loss machine to put next to the treadmills, there's not much that can be done there I suppose. The swimming pool and spa facilities are again, intimate but of great quality. I think because of the quality of the gym and how well run it is, they will have to consider expanding at some stage, as the only real mark on the place is the limited space, especially the changing rooms, which if it got much busier might force me to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: All of the facilities are sparkling clean (as usual) and a great job has been done to welcome people back. Having your temperature checked on arrival, plenty of hand sanitizer and the booking app works well to keep yourself and others safe, makes it comfortable to be there... it's a pleasure to be back!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a lovely spa day at the Health Hub Spa. Our treatments were excellent and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We used a range of facilities including the pool and relaxation room which are clean and finished to a high standard. We had a delicious lunch with a view and the only shame was that I didn’t get a chance to use the gym facilities because they looked fantastic from the outside.

Recently had two treatments here both of which were carried out and completed to a professional standard. Great range of premium branded products for treatments and available to purchase. I will definitely be returning and recommending.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I’ve never stayed a member of a gym for longer than a year but I’m now in my third year with Health Hub. It’s like having another family! Everyone is so kind and supportive and I miss not going to my sessions, like I’m missing friends. A great place to work out, relax, laugh, smile and have fun.

Fantastic experience: Joined in January as a family and are delighted with the friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. We cannot fault the facilities and love the pool/steam room/sauna. A particular favourite is pilates with Henri, but have enjoyed and benefited from Synergise, Body Tone and Abs Blast. We highly recommend the Health Hub.

Negative experience: Perfect... until you get a million emails telling you the aircon is not working in the gym or the steam room is out of action. The biggest blow is when you are told for months that the works being done are to improve the facility only to then be told your monthly costs won't include the new facilities and your rate for using what you had before has gone up to pay for the upgrades!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of The Health Hub gym at All Saints Hotel for nearly 3 years. It is a fantastic facility with fantastic staff. Thank you to Stu, Kimber, Ross, Chris, Tanner and Molly for always making me smile.
