Fantastic experience: The best gym around without a second of doubt. You’re spoilt for choice on kit to use no matter what session you choose to do & it’s all unreal quality too. The atmosphere is always buzzing even on quieter days, music is a top choice & the pt’s are always floating about doing sessions or chatting to members which is ace to see - holly who I saw on their TikTok seems to live there but is always smiling away! Shout out to the manager Lolly too, she’s always super friendly on the desk - I see her constantly wandering round tidying & cleaning the kit down to make sure it looks as good as possible and she’s always asks how your doing! All in all 10/10 from me easily, I’ve joined around 5 gyms in this area over the last few years and this one is staying with me permanently that’s for sure.

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained in quite a few gyms in the Flintshire area, and this is by far the best. 5 squat racks, 3 benches, hack squat, 3 platforms and Eleiko bars and plates, along with a good variety of machines. You never have to wait for anything and staff are always on hand to help or offer advice. Can feel intimidating at first, as so many serious lifters train here, but that’s great for inspiration and improving yourself. Would recommend to anyone wanting to advance and who’s serious about their training and taking it to the next level.

Fantastic experience: Easy to find, quality equipment. Was shown around when we got there, which made a random workout easier. Other gym users were also friendly and helpful Looking forward to our next visit.

A warm and friendly place to train and grow whether it's general fitness, bodybuilding or power lifting. A local gem and worth travelling to if outside the area. 24/7 for members. Has a good atmosphere. Highly recommended

Negative experience: Ran by Ashbourne management for memberships. Nothing wrong with the gym but the staff behind the counter don’t know the contracts they are selling. I was told I could cancel after 3 months if required. It’s taken me 3 weeks to cancel due to moving away and illness, having to prove my illness and address and having this declined twice. Then Ashbourne called me rude in writing after me asking to remove my details from their database. Gym is nice but don’t sign a contract. Ashbourne are crooks

Fantastic experience: mint gym - good music, lighting and atmosphere, plus theres a great selection of equipment that you wouldn't normally find in other commercial gyms. There's a barbers too which is very handy

Most importantly it’s probably the cleanest gym I’ve been too!! Staff and members are doing an amazing job with wiping all equipment down and keeping it spotless!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, with amazing people and atmosphere. Calibrated Eleiko plates and powerlifting equipment, monolift and much more, definitely would exceed anyone's expansions. The best gym in the area. Also the coolest and strongest guy, Ryan Jones trains there, so... 100% highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, pretty much any machine (resistance or cardio) you could ask for + all-eleiko kit in the free weights area. Good atmosphere, quiet most of the time but other members always willing to wait on equipment, spot etc.
