The Climbing Academy - "The Prop Store": Opinions
Fantastic experience: Love this place!!! Bloody cold in the winter though!
Thanks for the 5 stars! Speak to our staff about their top hacks for keeping warm while climbing (both indoors and outdoors) during winter! From hot water bottles to heated socks they've got it covered!
Fantastic experience: Such cool climbing places, very welcoming and great hot chocolate and people :)
Thanks for the lovely review!!
Fantastic experience: Went to the climbing academy newsroom (also in Glasgow) a few times this month and purchased a membership, so I decided to check out the other location since all 5 climbing academy locations are included in the membership, it's a lot more open and has climbs that the newsroom doesn't like roped climbs and top out climbs. The staff are very friendly and I saw some of the same members of staff there that I already knew from going to the newsroom, it was nice to see familiar faces!
Thanks for the lovely review Matthew!
Fantastic experience: Favourite climbing place ever.
Thanks for the 5stars!!
Negative experience: Great place, great staff but due go a poor error from a staff member I wasn’t signed off on anything and would of had to do all the sign in process again safety video etc because someone couldn’t tick a box.
Hi Jordan, we’re sorry to hear about your registration experience with us not being as smooth possible. Unfortunately, due to the risks involved in climbing, it’s important that our staff ensure procedures are followed closely. This allows us to make sure that all of our customers have a good understanding of the risks of the activity they will be taking part in and staff can operate the centre safely. If you do wish to come back to the centre again then you can complete all of the registration video and forms from home by following this link: https://www.theclimbingacademy.com/locations/the-prop-store/forms/
Fantastic experience: The climbing gym is an excellent venue for both beginners and experienced climbers. The facility is spacious, well-maintained, and offers a wide range of climbing walls that cater to various skill levels. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer tips or guidance. The routes are regularly updated, ensuring there's always something new to challenge you. Additionally, the gym has a welcoming community atmosphere, making it a great place to not only improve your climbing skills but also meet fellow enthusiasts. Overall, it's a top-notch indoor climbing experience.
Thanks for the lovely review!
Fantastic experience: Great experience friendly helpful staff
Thanks Stephen, we’re pleased you had a nice visit!
Fantastic experience: Light and airy, decent selection of climbs, modern textured walls
Thanks for the review Gavin!
Fantastic experience: Climbed here a few time, good selection of climbs and the staff are always friendly
Thanks for the 5 stars Alex!
Positive experience: Friendly staffs and good vibes here. The only concern for me is that the routes are very unfriendly for petit climbers. Sometimes ppl <160cm do not have any alternative betas. Quite upset. Probably have an “easy point” to make climbing here more inclusive?
Hi, I 100% feel your pain with reach as a climber. I'm TCA's Marketing Manager, I'm 5 foot 2 (158cm) and have a significant negative ape index. As I'm sure you know there are always problems or routes that us little people will finder harder or sometimes impossible – which is frustrating. I have climbed at centres across the UK and do find that the Glasgow setting team are much more creative with their problems ensuring that there are lots of problems that are based on interesting difficult moves rather than just reach. It is a fact however that we won't be able to climb everything. I've found climbing with other small people can really help to unlock the beta. As we set-by-area, there are new climbs at every level every week, so hopefully you will still find lots to keep you entertained.
Positive experience: Climbs get reset very slowly here, so you normally have plenty of time for a project. Fun climbs too, lovely staff - quite cold in winter!
Hi Barnaby, We're glad that you are enjoying the climbs. We have a 6 week setting rotation. This is pretty standard across climbing centres. Visitors can see the setting schedule online: https://www.theclimbingacademy.com/setting/. You make a good point about the cold. Be sure to bring layers in the winter months. People warm up pretty quickly, once they get going.
Fantastic experience: Excellent venue. Great bouldering and super friendly staff.
Thank you for the lovely feedback George!
Fantastic experience: Kids have been going here for climbing lessons. All the team and great with them, a healthy balance of fun and discipline. And the coffee and food from the café is really good. I can highly recommend the orange and ginger cookies!
Thanks Andy!
Fantastic experience: Great bouldering gym. Twinned with the one at kinning park so a membership will get you into both. This one uniquely has harness climbing and rowing machines and exercise bikes . The climbing routes have a different feeling between the two locations in Glasgow. I would call this one more beginner friendly but that's just my opinion
Thanks for the lovely review Charlie!
Fantastic experience: Lovely big arena for climbing. Really good selection of different grades, from easy to almost impossible. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a wee cafe too if you need a coffee and a panini
Much appreciated, Alastair!
Fantastic experience: Good climbing gym, fair and balanced route grading throughout. It would be nice to see a variety of energy drinks ie Redbull as well Tenzing.
Great review! Much appreciated.
Positive experience: Great Climbing Gym in Glasgow. Always love going to this gym. Good problems, cool walls and usually not too busy.
Thanks, Calum!
Fantastic experience: Good wee gym upstairs for a warm up. Plenty of different bouldering routes to give a go
Thanks, Ewan! Much appreciated.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic atmosphere and climbing
Much appreciated, Chris!
Positive experience: Don't go here as often as Newsroom as it's a bit harder to get to for my climbing group. It's also not quite as big, but tends to be less busy as a result of the location. Walls are textured, in contrast to Newsroom - routes tend to be a bit harder to compensate for this, from what I've noticed. Routes are changed regularly which is great for keeping things fresh. They use the French scale here as well as Newsroom. Has a roped climbing section with auto-belay. Also has a top-out boulder which is quite fun. Small café and a climbing store for shoes, clothes, harnesses, chalk etc.
Thanks for the great review, Conor! This is really informative.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic spot for some bouldering and a good coffee. Staff are polite and always happy to help with anything.
Thanks for the great review, Ben!
Positive experience: I think the difficulties is not consistent ! Even in the same track.
Hi, the grading signage in the centre explains that "Difficulty varies within each colour and there is some overlap of grades". This overlap is partly due to grades being entirely subjective, but also to encourage people to try "harder" problems. That will explain your experience. Suggested grades for each problem are provided in the Griptonite app. If you don't have that, you could ask staff (or other climbers) to look this up for you. I hope you might reconsider this 3 star review.
Fantastic experience: My new favourite hobby!
Glad to hear it Jake. Thanks for the 5 stars.
Positive experience: Good range of bouldering and belay climbs. Wee gym on the second floor.
Glad you enjoyed your visit Shaw! We love hearing feedback so please do let us know if we can do anything to boost this up to 5 stars.
Fantastic experience: awesome climbing venue. Has bouldering and rope climbs. Plenty of autobelays as well as toprope and lead climbs. Small rope walls around 8m. Bouldering is really good excellent wall designs and setting. Staff are really helpful and friendly
Thanks for the glowing review Philip! Glad you had a great time and hopefully see you regularly around the centres.
Fantastic experience: Really nice climbing gym with routes for all abilities. The staff and friendly and can make a great coffee.
Cheers for leaving a review
Fantastic experience: My favourite climbing gym
Yay! That's what we like to hear.
Fantastic experience: Excellent route setting for bouldering and ropes. Very friendly staff. The coffees are brilliant and I really enjoy the chaos wall and weight lifting section. My favourite climbing gym to date.
Thanks Joseph. What a lovely review. We'll be sure to pass your words on to our staff.
Fantastic experience: Clean bouldering and rope climbing gym. Nice vibes and cover a range of difficulties
Thanks for the 5 stars!
Fantastic experience: pretty small, but has everything you'd need
Thanks for the 5 stars, Alastair.
Negative experience: Good facilities with great potential, but the new setting schedule means there are less problems available at each level difficulty.
Hi Gordon, We're really sorry that you are unhappy with the new setting style (moving from full circuits to set-by-area). We knew that not everyone would like this, but we have to make decisions that benefit most people. We have had overwhelmingly positive feedback to the change. The benefits to this style of setting are: - New problems every week for every level of customer - Climbs changed more frequently, which means less waiting time for new climbs and cleaner holds - We can move volumes more readily without it impacting climbs - Clearer distinction between climbs - Although we are reducing the number of colours, there will be more climbs available within each of those colours - In addition, this will allow for easier maintenance of panels and upgrades to the centre and will bring great benefits to the setting team who will be able to collaborate more easily together when creating and testing problems. As a long standing regular who has climbed with us for many years, we will read this 1 star as a rating given for your reaction to the setting change only and hope that you might reconsider your review as it reflects on every part of the centre. We hope this won't affect your decision to climb here. You can speak to staff in centres and provide additional feedback specifically on setting via this page: https://www.theclimbingacademy.com/setting/
Fantastic experience: Always a delight climbing here! They've got everything: cafe, mini shop, training gym, conditioning gym and tons of belay and boulder routes. Staff are excellent too!
Thanks so much for the kind words Hannah. It's a pleasure to have you as part of the community.
Fantastic experience: I'd highly recommend The Prop Store. Staff are really friendly, it's purpose-built with a good variety of problems and a small but decent roped wall. Nice cafe with very tasty food, too!
Thanks for the great review. This makes us smile lots!
Fantastic experience: Top tier facilities and staff. What more could you ask for. And with the new route setting changes there is always something new to climb (or fall off)
Thanks Jody! Very kind words :)
Fantastic experience: Good quality walls, challenging routes.
Thanks for taking time to review us
Fantastic experience: Go for the bouldering, stay for the auto-belays, lead climb, top ropes, gym, café, and training walls. Sometimes pretty busy - they should probably look at doing some sort of peak time membership or similar to help reduce the busyness sometimes.
Thanks for the ace review! We do have separate pricing for peak and off peak hours to try and encourage more people into the quieter times.
Fantastic experience: Love coming here. Always busy, with a great atmosphere and very helpful staff.
We love hearing about good experiences. Thanks for taking the time to feedback
Fantastic experience: Some fantastic routes and great coffee!
Cheers Chris
Fantastic experience: Excellent centre
Woohoo! Psyched to hear it
Positive experience: Great wee venue with all tyoes of climbing. Vegan food puts it right up there for me. Lost a star because a) initial video too long b) too pricey for me c) no Earl Grey tea. Very impressed with number of bike racks and the face there is a wee gym there too.
Hi Gill, Thanks for your nice feedback. We do usually have earl grey - apologies that it had run out at the time of your visit. We are aware that the video is a bit long! The Association of British Climbing Walls is creating a new video that will be used across lots of walls, so we've been patiently waiting for that to be completed. It should be rolled out soon and you'll be pleased to know, will be shorter than our current 8mins. Don't worry though, these safety videos only need to be watched on your first visit, so you won't even need to watch the new one. Happy climbing
Fantastic experience: Recently got into climbing and can't rate this centre well enough, from friendly staff to a great selection of fun problems and the small gym/training area upstairs. Seems to attract a good, friendly and respectful clientele too which is a great environment for a newbie like me.
Our community is amazing. They really make it. Thanks for leaving a review
Fantastic experience: Great environment for a newbie, welcoming and pleasant staff who know what they’re talking about. Cafe is good too and if you want to bring your own food and drinks that’s no problem either.
Thanks for the great review Craig! We pride ourselves on being an open and welcoming, community focussed centre.
Positive experience: Overall good climbing experience but lots of problems: stinky changing rooms and more recently very, very cold. You can see your breath it's that cold. I have to climb with a hat on and my hoodie. Even the staff are standing under heaters with jackets and hats on. It's ridiculous. An old annoying thing is the lack of proper long brushes, instead they use a stick with taped little brushes. Edit: other gyms are not this cold: I travel a lot and have asked friends, none report such cold temperatures - your gym just has no heating outside the cafe area and even there the staff was wearing jackets and hats under the heaters - management needs to improve heating, it's that simple
Hi Alexandru! We've recently had some renovations done to the loos to fix the problem with the changing rooms - they should smell great now. Climbing centres are notoriously cold environments and as much as we try to keep cafe and receoption areas heated, the main climbing area can get a bit chilly during the colder months. We'll pass your feedback regarding brushes on to staff and see what we can do! We appreciate the 4 stars and hopefully see you again soon.
Fantastic experience: Once again, another awesome experience at the climbing gym, everyone is super friendly ( gym goers and staff) the food is great quality, the coffee is amazing, the changing rooms are very clean, I've never seen or heard any disrespect or bad attitudes from staff or members, always a joy to go there, it is literally the most welcoming place I've ever been, and the music played is usually great too.
Great review Joseph! It's much appreciated.
Fantastic experience: Good facilities. Friendly, helpful staff.
Much appreciated, George!
Fantastic experience: Been climbing at the newsroom for a year. This one is equally good with the bouldering scene. Looking forward to more visits
Thanks Avnish!
Fantastic experience: Superb and friendly service just like the newsroom. Great relaxed atmosphere. Loads of varied climbing. Soup was brilliant...again as was the coffee. Well worth the visit...only thing I'd mark down is it's that we don't live near enough
Glad you enjoyed your visit and had a nice lunch! The 5 stars are much appreciated.
Positive experience: First time at this particular TCA location- great experience all round. Very friendly staff and good tunes. Just a shame I failed my belay test . I will be back soon with a vengeance!
Hi Rowan. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and glad you enjoyed your experience in our centre. We also offer auto-belay inductions where a member of staff can take you through everything you need to know to pass the test. Just ask next time you're in.
Fantastic experience: Great climbing. Love that theres the auto belays as well as bouldering. The staff are lovely
Thanks Siobhann! We appreciate it.
Fantastic experience: Nice climbing gym with both roped climbing and bouldering. Routes are changed regularly so it keeps things fun! TCA so uses the Griptonite app that lets you log your climbs, which is amazing to track your progress. Friendly staff and good fitness room as well! Given that the membership gives you access to the Newsroom wall as well, it is well worth it.
Thanks for the great review Zoe! Griptonite is something we've put a focus on for our routes as we know how much our customers love it.
Positive experience: You have dropped one star because of the shouting man - he should be banned. However, tca staff are all brilliant!
Hi Alwyn, That's a shame that another customer affected your enjoyment of TCA. Thanks for the nice feedback about our staff. If you are back and ever encounter anyone problematic, please inform the duty manager who will be able to speak to them for you or intervene in another way if required.
Fantastic experience: Pleasantly surprised visiting this gym coming from Canada! Lots of variety in the routes; the setting is very thoughtful and forces the use of technique over pure strength. Great atmosphere, staff and food bar!
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We recently introduced a new online feedback form for setting. I will share your comment with our setters as I'm sure they'll be delighted to hear this. It's something they work very hard to get right. https://www.theclimbingacademy.com/setting/
Fantastic experience: Nice place and bike friendly. Got few poles for bike locking and safe too.
Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely coffee.
Thanks Dionne! Really glad you had a good time.
Positive experience: Nice modern centre, let down a bit by a lot of dirty, slimy holds, and routesetting definitely favouring shorties
Thanks for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry that you felt the cleanliness was not to your liking. I will make sure this is passed on. As a set reaches the end of its cycle, the amount of chalk and rubber may build up but all holds are washed thoroughly before each re-set, so maybe you were on an older set. We ensure that there is a wide spread of problems to suit all shapes and sizes. We aim not to make problems harder by just making them reachy - which is a common complaint at climbing centres. You don't have to use every hold if you are lucky enough to be able to reach past them. If you would like to provide feedback on specific problems you can do so via the Griptonite app.
Fantastic experience: Great day out. Thanks to Rob and the team!
Thanks Marc! Glad you had a great time in our centre.
Fantastic experience: I love climin
Cheers for the review!
Fantastic experience: Favourite climbing gym in Glasgow. Centre is clean and modern with secluded training room (spray wall, circuit wall, dynamic wall, campus boards, hang boards) and gym (rowing machine, spin bikes, cable machine, bench, weights, bars etc.). Routes are reset on a good schedule and there's roped climbing as well as bouldering. You can also get food and coffee etc. from the cafe. Monthly membership is a good price too because access to The Newsroom (another gym in southside) is included.
Wow thanks for the great review. We love to hear feedback and it doesn't get better than 5 stars.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and it has a nice range of hard and easy walls. The free rope wasn't open this time but I'm excited to try it when I go back
Thanks for the great review. We'd love to see you back in the centre!
Fantastic experience: Great facilities, amazing staff and friendly clientele.
Positive experience: Mostly bouldering, some roped walls toi
Thanks for the review, John! It's much appreciated. Please do let us know if you have any suggestions for improvements, we always love to hear feedback.
Fantastic experience: Boulder, autobelay, sport climbing, spray wall, comp wall aswell as weights area
Hi Ariel, thanks for leaving a review. I really glad you enjoyed the course.
Positive experience: Good: focused on bouldering but with some climbing, great friendly staff. Less great: more variation in each climbing grade style would be better. The music (repetitive drum and bass) is tedious.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic bouldering facility. Discovered this place just after lockdown eased and it is a treasure. The route difficulties are an accurate reflection of their challenge rating and unlike a lot of bouldering spaces nothing feels too tight/crushed or compact. The staff are friendly and the facility has a very professional atmosphere. The price is great, I bouldered every day, literally every day for four months and it only cost me £35 a month. Top job! Get yourselves a centre in Aberdeen!
Thanks for the review. We're delighted that you had a good experience. If we end up in Aberdeen, we'll let you know.
Fantastic experience: Very good very nice
Thank you!
Fantastic experience: Chilling out
Glad you had a good chill!
Fantastic experience: Amazing place, very friendly and hlepful staff, great walls
Thanks Michal
Fantastic experience: Cracking gym with great climbs and friendly staff. Coffee and hot chocolate is a must! Can’t wait to return!
Thanks Connor. Great pics too. Cheers for sharing.
Positive experience: The Prop Store of the TCA is a converted warehouse where the theatre stored their props. Today, nothing reminds you of that past. Today, there are plenty of climbers of all ages ascending the boulders and walls. Wall climbing is near the end of the cavernous hall where experts (only) can use ropes. The climbing hold patterns are regularly varied to make the climbs more interesting. There is a wee shop for climbing essentials and some snacks and drinks and food. Parking is super easy due to the large parking area in the front. Finding the place at the end of the car park can be confusing if you are not familiar with the location. The place looks like an industial facility with its empty gate house. The Prop Store is on your left almost at the very end of several converted warehouses. Climbers seem to be friendly folk.
Thanks for the review Jorn. Our food offering in the cafe is still reduced since Covid, but we do plan to ramp this back up again in future.
Fantastic experience: Well set problems which are changed regularly to keep it fresh! Very friendly and social attitude. The coffee is also good and the food fresh so you can climb through lunch! Best times to come are during the day between 9 -5 if you like it quieter, but it's still friendly when busier. Both the lead and bouldering climbs are fantastic, I would highly recommend
Thank you for rating us.
Fantastic experience: Cool routes, all new, nice staff. Thumb up
Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed climbing here, plenty of lower grade routes for myself and intermediate ones for my wife. Didn't do any roped today just bouldering so next year when we visit our friends we may bring our harnesses. Really friendly staff & other climbers
Thanks for taking the time to review us.
Fantastic experience: Great place. Friendly staff :)
Thank you : )
Fantastic experience: Very quite and peaceful. some of the QRcodes where missing for griptonite but could be found on the app. if using the lockers you are best to bring a padlock to close them
Thanks David. That's a very useful review. I'll make sure the route-setting team know about the missing QR codes.
Fantastic experience: Amazing, the staff are very welcoming, super friendly as if you are friends, very easy to get started from scratch with no prior experience and very free. The prices are totally worth it, you can buy anything you need there and even the shoes are so good to ones you borrow. 100% recommend this place for people from totally new to elite climbers, I believe the levels go up to 8b+ or 8c+ not sure which but one of the two. Equipment are 100% safe and reliable, chalk and all the bags and such are very good, a chalk bag would be £22, chalk is £3 small size the big ones I dont know. The walls are very good, I improve every time I go there. Gym is very good too lots of equipment, dumbells, barbells, weights for barbells, single hand weights, all sorts of pull up bars and ropes and such to practise on, mats, rowing machines and such. Theres even a training room with training walls next to the gym which have the rock climbing grip boards, loads of stuff where you have to use full upper body for, I can't explain but theres everything you need, the walls there are amazing too, improved a lot from using that room. The best
Thanks so much for taking the time to review us. We really appreciate it. I just wanted to note that our grades don't quite go up that high, more likely a max of 8a, but that's still a good challenge for highly experienced climbers. We hope to see you back soon.
Fantastic experience: One of my favourite place too be. Great climbing gym and routes changed regularly. Cafes good too.
Aww shucks. Thanks Wilf.
Fantastic experience: Nice wall
Thanks Gregory. Glad you like it.
Fantastic experience: Great wee place, friendly staff and good variation on the walls. Went with my son and he lived it. Will definitely be back.
Cheers Tony. Looking forward to seeing you again
Fantastic experience: Come here on the odd weekend (Edinburgh based). Staff are extreamly sound. Make great coffee and there is always fun setting, never had a bad day here. Oh and the training facilities are next level, better than most fitness and weightlifting gyms. This a must visit if your in the area and fancy a climb or some training!
Thanks Jamie. Psyched that you have good times at The Prop Store. Cheers for the review. Hope to see you again soon.
Fantastic experience: Great place to climb has on rope and off and an amazing gym I personally like this 1 more than the news room but that's just me definitely recommend!
Thank you Cleo. The gym is definitely a hidden gem. Thanks for taking the time to review.
Positive experience: Has decent facilities and variety of challenges. However would say its pretty decent rather than very good or above
Hi James, thanks for taking the time to review our centre. I'm sorry that you didn't feel it was better. If you have any specific feedback on areas in which we could improve, let us know as we are always trying to get better and give our climbers the very best experience.
Fantastic experience: It felt busy today, but not overwhelmingly so as masks and social distancing still observed properly, thanks for a good climb!
Thanks for the review Ellie, our restricted capacity allows for enough room for all climbers even when full. We really appreciate how good our climbers have been at sticking to the rules.
Positive experience: Lockdown fun
Thanks Michael
Fantastic experience: Awesome beyond measure
Wow! Thanks Alasdair
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, clean facilities, good routes.
Thanks for the nice review. We're glad you had a good experience.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic! The best place to chill out and climb. Lovely staff and great vibe
Thanks Alex! Much appreciated
Fantastic experience: The staff were very welcoming, friendly and thorough in regards to harness and rope knowledge testing. There is a small cafe area at the entrance with a nice choice of drinks and soup/sandwiches/cakes. You can sit there and watch the bouldering if you fancy a break. There's a separate ropes area and training gym, ample lockers (you need a padlock) and very clean and modern toilets. This place is not as big as some of the other climbing centres but has a good range of climbs. You can also pay an extra £10 up front and get a £2 discount every time you go. If you need to hire equipment it's not expensive - £3 for shoes
Fantastic experience: Had an auto-belay induction and the instructor was thorough and friendly and very encouraging! Excited for my next time on the wall
We are looking forward to having you back! Lots of new routes are waiting to be climbed : )
Fantastic experience: Top place! Love it here, so chill and yet so intense at the same time - love bouldering and the gym is quality too
Love that description! You're right laid back but thrilling or at least all consuming. Cheers for the review
Positive experience: Good climbing gym
Thanks for the review : )
Fantastic experience: Awsome gym, food and vibes
Thanks Francis! We think so too :) Glad you enjoyed your visit.
Positive experience: Plenty of space and good vibes
Thanks Matthew - we aim to please
Fantastic experience: They've added an awesome upstairs weight training/cardio/stretching area/ steep board. Roped climbing, auto belays, bouldering - this gym has everything! Now they just need a sauna...
That's been added to the list. We are hoping to add a license soon so that you can get a wee beer post climb. Psyched!
Fantastic experience: Nice boulder wall with plenty of routes to choose. There are also some tope rope, lead and autobelay options. TCA PropStore has small gym so you can exercise a bit more then just by bouldering. Including practice wall, finger boards ect...
Thanks Filip - we appreciate the review
Fantastic experience: Great place. Good climbing
Glad you had fun!
Fantastic experience: Cold and COOL!
It's not so cold any more. We added heaters, extra wall insulation and carpets! So thankfully next winter won't be so cold.
Fantastic experience: Great bouldering to be had!
Fantastic experience: A great place for different climbing
Thanks Mary, we aim to please.
Positive experience: Really enjoyable day out. Spent a good couple of hours here and there was loads of climbs still to do. A good range of difficulty but definitely a harder set of climbs than the sister store in kinning park. There seemed to be more wall space but less dense holds. So overall a similar amount of climbs. There is also a belayed area that I didn't go into but it looks pretty good too. Will definitely go back again!
Thanks for the feedback Jamie. I hope you've been back to try some more problems.
Fantastic experience: Super range of problems and for a lone climber like me, a nice social atmosphere. As well as reviving hot drinks and tasty snacks, there is advice and guidance from the TCA team if you need it. Also. A super gym and practice wall upstairs.
Thanks Kenneth. We really appreciate the feedback. Climbing is the one sport where you really can get chatting to people quite easily. That's definitely one of our favourite things about it.
