Inspire Gym Larne

Fantastic experience: Inspire is the best gym to train with in Larne. Its the first gym ive ever joined and the atmosphere is amazing having been training here for nearly 6 months. you never feel like you're being watched or judged and the staff are so friendly. Chris, Alistair and Sandra especially. All of the PTs are very open to maybe give a couple tips and everyone's very easy to chat to. In here you'll meet more engaging people than in other gyms. Plus the massive amount of training space for cardio, weight training, boxing, or getting a haircut just cause its there. they also have a sauna and sports massage facilities. Everyone makes you feel so welcome in such a short time and it is well worth it to train here!

Fantastic experience: Inspire is a great gym with loads of equipment suited to all abilities. I wouldn't have much confidence, especially in a gym environment, but I feel very comfortable here with no-one staring and judging which has enabled me to push myself harder and come out of my shell more and more. The staff are lovely and very welcoming and always on hand if needed.

Fantastic experience: Inspire is a place where our family young and old feels welcome, empowered and inspired. The gym is so well kitted out and education and inclusivity emanates through the great staff and members alike. Myself, husband and sons have thrived training with Jordy whose words of wisdom and encouragement has had a huge impact on my eldest boy, now 15, in particular who trains 6 days out of 7 and enjoys a game of pool once the hard work is done! Well done Team Inspire for all that you do.

Fantastic experience: Inspire gym was the first gym I joined and I’ve stuck with it for over a year now. The staff are great and and there’s always a good atmosphere around the place no matter what time you go. Have recommended it to a few people who all train there consistently now and love it just as much as me. Definitely a gym I would recommend to those who are new to the environment and are looking for a comfortable space to train.

Others that come into train like myself are very generous and so your always happy to be able to be yourself and you feel more at ease and comfortable doing your own workouts

Fantastic experience: Inspire gym was the first gym I joined after using home gyms ect and it was the best decision I made. The staff are amazing.. I’m always greeted with a smile and a conversation when I walk through the door, they have made it such a comfortable and friendly environment for everyone, they are always a few steps away to give a helping hand. It’s really my second home lol

Fantastic experience: Great gym, plenty of choice for equipment and very spacious. The gym is well layed which gives you a decent level of privacy when you're training so other member aren't unintentionally invading your space. Been at the gym for a year now and just recently began PT sessions with Jordan, friendly and very knowledge on nutrition and training.

Fantastic experience: Inspire gym is a great place to train it has all the equipment you need whatever your goals are! The best part about the gym is the atmosphere, such a great place to be train, the staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and there is a real buzz around the gym! The PT’s have a great knowledge to help you develop your training, Chris has been doing my programming and not only am I the strongest I’ve been in years but I feel soo much happier and healthier with life in general. Give Inspire a chance to improve yourself!!!

Fantastic experience: The gym is amazing with great pt's I have been going for 3 years I have cerebral palsy & i had to wear splints for walking but since going to the gym they are now removed 2 years. it is like a big family. The gym also is good for your mental and physical health. thank you to Chris and staff for opening a new door In my life after I had to give up running

Fantastic experience: Inspire gym is a great place for both first time gym goers aswell as those the more experienced. Both the staff and the general environment are very welcoming and you never feel as though you are being judged. Inspire also provides a variety of equipment to aid you in what ever goal you have whether its boxing, weight training, general cardio or even just a place to socialise and get a haircut. The gym and its founder have been extremely supportive towards me personally in both my physical and mental well being. I implore you to join inspire gym if your thinking of joining.

Fantastic experience: It is a great gym and community that has everything you need to fulfil your sporting needs. The staff are very friendly and are always up for a chat. They’re always on hand and happy to help you with any problems when needed. Sandra is also lovely

Fantastic experience: Inspire gym offers a comfortable, welcoming environment. The staff all are helpful, friendly and educated, nothing is too much trouble! This gym offers a safe, non judgemental space to train in with top of the range equipment. Would advise anyone to go have a nosey and join. You will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: I started training in Inspire Gym a few years ago and I love the way nobody is watching you. I feel so comfortable in this Gym. The space you have is amazing lots of room to train. I went and got myself a personal trainer,which am loving and there is quite a few to pick from all brilliant in what they do. Am with Connor but there is Chris, leigh and Jordan. Who are great PT.Chis the owner is really friendly and so helpful. A must Gym to visit go on give it a try you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym which is set up focusing on specific details to make members feel comfortable from the get go, from the lightening, to specific quiet areas, to the changing rooms, inspire has thought about everything to make sure its a comfortable gym for people to train. Fantastic wide range of equipment .Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Cleaning standards are second to none. The owner goes above and beyond for members, he is an extremely passionate, caring person who I cannot recommend enough for PT'ing. Wide range of classes & PT's that can cater to everyone. Highly recommend the infrared sauna, such a relaxing experience with endless benefits. It's a business who genuinely cares about its community. I cannot recommend inspire enough! Call down and have a visit see for yourself! you will not regret joining this incredible friendly community!

Fantastic experience: Inspire is a spacious, well-equipped, and clean gym, that is great for getting in any type of workout. There is tons of powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strongman equipment, and plenty of open space to use the sleds, farmer's walk handles, and do various types of conditioning work. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: If you're someone that likes to train hard and serious about your workouts this is the place to go. Its not easy finding gyms that are clean, organized, fully equipped, with knowledgeable staff, and with enough space to train in any style. Its always a plus when a location has strongman equipment( located in the second training room), so this gym is a win for me. The owner was a sweetheart and willing to answer any questions. I would give this place more stars if i could :)

Fantastic experience: The staff and the owner are dedicated to helping gym members. It's a top gym and a good community friendly gym . But I'm sure as in everything you could hit it on a bad day but these are few and far between. As for the big man one in a million

Negative experience: There are much better gyms in Larne. Went to a couple of classes here but didn't enjoy them. Some of the trainers are nice, but the owner seems very rude when talking to his staff and clients. Definitely not inspiring!

Positive experience: Very experienced staff. Good place to train. Plenty of equipment.
