Fantastic experience: I cannot rate this place highly enough! Coming here is like coming home. It's a great all over work out in a welcoming and encouraging environment. The ladies who I train with are so supportive and celebrate each others achievements ❤️. Colin is a GREAT coach , he knows how to push you to get the best out of you, always gives constructive feedback and makes working out fun, although sometimes his taste in music is questionable.

Fantastic experience: I go to the women's boxing here. Colin is a fantastic coach. You get pushed but at the same time everything can be adapted to suit your level of fitness etc. I always leave feeling a damm sight better than when I went in. Everyone is really friendly ..I just wish I had time to go three times a week!
