Cannot rate Michael and all the team high enough...they go over & above to make sure you.... well all I can say is feel special!!!! They are amazing..... The Sunday roast both myself & my sister said was the loveliest we've had in ages excellent!!!!The facilities welcoming warm & scrupulous lovely products to use & excellent stock to purchase.we're already on with finding another day we can get together & get back to the oaks. Thankyou to all the Staff at the Oaks you certainly know how to deliver the best customer service ....see you all soon x

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a wonderful day at The Oaks to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were so welcoming on arrival and the facilities are superb. The one hour treatment was amazingly relaxing and lunch was delicious. We couldn't fault it, will be returning and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Positive experience: Visited last week. I thought the place would be exclusive, based on the amount they seem to charge for the use of facilities on a membership basis. The toilet was dirty and smelly. There was no room to sit in the spa lounge. It was full of ladies both from booking spa days and members. It was noisy as though a bus trip had arrived. It wasn't the relaxing experience I would hope for unfortunately.

Positive experience: Came for a spa day in August 2023 with a friend. Overall, we did really enjoy the day and I would visit again. I would definitely recommend booking over the phone/avoiding booking online (even though this may seem more convenient at the time) - very confusing/not much information given as to arrival time etc in the emails I received or during the booking process. we ended up missing the start of our treatment time due to this confusion (it appeared that we had wrongly thought that email had inferred our approximate arrival time was 9:30am, with a drink/biscuits initially, but this was actually our treatment start time!). in the end we did get our full treatment time but we were obviously stressed on arrival as we thought we were going to miss out! Treatment was probably one of the best I have ever had at a day spa - we had the oaks oasis which was a perfect mix of treatments we thought. Temple spa products used which was great. I wouldn’t necessarily bother with one of the ‘add-ons’ again as I didn’t think this was worth the money we paid and the one I added was actually included in the oaks oasis (again, this wasn’t clear from the online description). Morning drink/biscuit included on the comfy sofas in reception is a nice touch, lunch only one course but reasonable choice and good quantity/quality, good choice of soft/alcoholic drinks with lunch too. I would say the pool area is not the nicest looking I’ve ever been too, but does have a decent sized pool and quite a few loungers to use, good heat facilities for the size of the place too. Overall good value for money I think and would return again but I will definitely be booking over the phone next time to clarify arrival/treatment times and what is included in the treatments themselves.

Fantastic experience: We came last week for the Lazy Sunday Spa and it was absolutely wonderful! We were welcomed in the morning with teas/coffees and biscuits. Then given an explanation of the day. We have our lunch choices before being given a tour of the facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble! We changed and got into our robes and spent a fabulous ‘lazy’ day enjoying the facilities! It wasn’t too busy and everyone got a lounger to relax by the pool! The sauna and steam rooms were fab! We also relaxed in the warm water beds!! Lunch was 3 courses with great choices! The portions were generous and tasty! All in all, a brilliant day! We left feeling very relaxed and already planning a return date soon!!

Fantastic experience: Visited here just before Christmas. It was a wonderful and relaxing spa day with lunch for myself and my daughter. We had an hour's treatment with a 15 minute add on treatment each. Really enjoyed the spa facilities. Reasonably priced. Will visit again.

Fantastic experience: Went for a morning spa with my husband. Staff we're brillant, very friendly and accommodating especially with dietary needs. Facilities are lovely and clean. Treatment was so lovely just a shame it went so quickly. Food was very nice will definitely be back soon!

Fantastic experience: Total relaxation. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room etc amazing. It's doing wonders for the old bones. Knocked 20 years off me today. Am going tomorrow, if it knocks another 20 years off me I'll be in nappies.

Fantastic experience: Had been a few times some years ago and loved it then but it’s even better now. I did the Lazy Sunday which included spa facilities (pool, water beds, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, aromatherapy room), a hot drink on arrival and three course Sunday lunch for £45 which I think is very reasonable. The service was great, the setting is really pretty and staff were really helpful and organised. Will definitely be returning soon.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous Lazy Sunday spa day...again. Had the best massage I've ever had at a Spa by Megan. Spotlessly clean pool and facilities with ample loungers, towels etc. Temple spa toiletries on offer in the showers. All the staff are warm and welcoming. Lovely receptionist, waitresses and especially Michael, charming and attentive. He's worth his weight in gold!! And to top it off..the best Apple Pie ever !

Food was delicious and portion were very generous. I had a facial and hot stone massage by Megan which was fantastic and still feeling the benefits. Michael the spa manager has a warm welcome and can never do enough so attentive, kind and so helpful. Always love coming back you never disappoint. Thanks and see you again Laura x

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 visits to the spa in the last two weeks. The first was for the Oasis full day including one hour treatment. From the minute we walked into reception we were welcomed warmly and invited to have a seat in the comfortable seating area to wait for coffee of our choice. Well made our lunch choice and we’re then shown to the spa after being given towel, robe and slippers. The treatment was fantastic and the spa area with pool, sauna, steam, aromatherapy and sun rooms are lovely. Our lunch was super after asking for an alternative to fit with slimming world I was very impressed. My second visit was last Sunday for my mum’s birthday. We had the Lazy Sunday package which includes coffee on arrival, use of spa and three course Sunday lunch. On both visits Michael and his team could not have been more welcoming. Nothing too much trouble and we left feeling very spoilt. Will be back soon. Keep up the great work. Worth all of the five stars.

Fantastic experience: Had a lazy day here on Sunday… Nothing but praise for the team who run this part of The Oaks… Michael is the face of the place , whilst we was there he never stopped,, from front of house, reception to waiting tables … the girl on with him that day ( didn’t catch her name) worked her socks of too … or should I say flip flops (Michael) … Food was lovely and well presented and the whole place immaculate… well done team Oaks your a credit to this place … see you all soon

Fantastic experience: I have been to the health club and spa and the facilities are first rate, this time I went for lunch and the food was excellent. Very well presented and cooked beautifully. The quality of the ingredients together with a superb chef makes this a wonderful place to go and well worth the money spent. Superb surroundings and definitely worth 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD A WONDERFUL DAY AT THE SPA WE WERE LOOKED AFTER BEAUTIFULLY BY MICHAEL AND HIS TEAM WHO NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR ANY OF THEM. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND MY GLUTEN FREE REQUIREMENTS WERE VERY WELL CATERED FOR WITH A VARIED MENU MANY OF THE DISHES CAN BE ADAPTED BY THE CHEF TO MAKE THEM GLUTEN FREE. Fantastic experience: What a lovely golf course. Nice wide fareways , well presented greens cut down to be quite quick . Couple of good dog legs to make you think off the tee. Nice clubhouse, smart staff and excellent food. Just wish I'd done it justice.

The spa itself is lovely, a wonderful chilled content spa area. Plenty of areas to sit and chill. We had a 3 course Sunday roast which was very tasty. All round very good " lazy Sunday " . Fantastic experience: Amazing spa day! Myself and 2 friends visited The Oaks Spa today and had the most lovely spa experience. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly lovely and so accommodating as my 2 friends wanted to change their treatments slightly and this was no bother at all. The facilities were great, I especially liked the heated water beds! The pool is a good size and hot tub was lovely! Included in our spa day was a hot drink and biscuit on arrival and a 1 course lunch (which was gorgeous and a fab variety of food to choose from)! Now the treatment, wow. The therapist I had, (who I think was called Fiona) was SO lovely. Explained everything to me before i had the treatment (a brush with heaven with an add on of the hot stone back and neck massage - amaaaaaazing). Absolutely gorgeous setting, wonderful staff and fab facilities. I will 100% be returning in the near future!

Positive experience: Was pleasantly surprised at the serenity of the spa. All grown ups with a quiet room with warm water beds....took a lovely snooze. Steam sauna and aroma room were excellent. Enjoyed a fish finger sandwich for lunch. Generous portions and freshly made.
