Fantastic experience: Great gym. Really good atmosphere. Equipment is actually very good. Top selection of free weights. Machines are really smooth with some hard to come across models you just don't get in chain gyms. Peter is a very welcoming owner and hospitable too.

Fantastic experience: Old school gym feel, but has everything you need whether you train old school or modern. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Reminds me of the first gym I ever went to. Every one is friendly, been 3 times and the owner knows me by name. Good range of equipment. Have been there morning around 10 and afternoon around 5 and had no issues getting to use what I needed.
