Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Dover is the most welcoming gym I have been to. The manager has made me feel comfortable, showing me round the gym easing all gym anxiety I previously had and always greets me with a warm welcome. The standard of cleanliness in the gym is impeccable too. The gyms community makes Snap Dover stand out amongst the rest.

Negative experience: Booked a free trial at snap Dover, Max called to confirm the date and time, no problems at all. Turned up 15 mins early and no one was there to see us, waited a further 45 mins, called the snap fitness number, no answer. Lucky a member let us in so we could sit down and wait, still no one turned up. After a 20 min drive to the gym we left. Tried to call the number max called me on to book throughout the rest of the day, ignored. Absolute shambles

Fantastic experience: After trying out different gyms in the local area I would 100% advocate snap. Staff are lovely, always welcoming you in and saying goodbye when you leave, making you feel very much involved in the gyms community. Great layout and assortment of equipment, ranging from cardio to functional fitness and strict resistance training! Also the gym is very organised and clean , after going to a gym mainly for uni students, there’s nothing better than being surrounded by people who actually put away their weights! highly recommend ;) x

Positive experience: Good gym for weights etc.. quite small and limited classes. No air con over cardio section which makes any sort of running near impossible. Just a small fan

Fantastic experience: An absolutely fantastic gym, I've been a member since January and have loved every minute of it. The staff Robyn and Hector are always welcoming and offer plenty of encouragement and advice if I've ever had any questions about a work out. The layout of the equipment has been set up well, even during the busier times it doesn't feel crowded. I as a single parent who works also really appreciate it being a 24 hour facility where I can shower in clean spacious shower rooms after a long work out. Highly recommended, don't even bother looking elsewhere, brilliant gym!

The staff is really different, more open to talk and i really want to stay here as long as i live in Dover and obviously if i move i’ll transfer to another Snap

Fantastic experience: I joined Snap Fitness, the first day it opened, and I'm still there now. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. My level of training has come so far from what I use to be able to do. The staff are great too, who guide and support you every step of the way. Join, you won't regret it!!

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness in Dover is a friendly welcoming environment. I started my fitness journey 1 year ago with Pt sessions with Robyn the manager. I went from a nervous wreck to a confident gym goer with the support of Robyn. I can’t thank her enough! She goes above and beyond for all the members. Starting my fitness journey was not just good for me physically but mentally. If you want that friendly welcoming feel without feeling judged then Snapfitness Dover is the right place to go.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used all of the gyms in dover and snap fitness by far has the best atmosphere and the most helpful staff. Robyn often goes above and beyond to make sure all members and comfortable and have all the information they need.

Positive experience: Not much choice of equipment and weight plates are few and far between. Unfortunately, lacks atmosphere even at busy times. However, Perfect starter gym to gain confidence in.

Negative experience: This gym doesn't care about their customers. They have scheduled a selective class at the busiest time for a gym (6pm) every Monday-Thursday and close off half the gym in order to run it, not allowing other paying members in the section to train and pushing the rest into one section. Gyms being busy is just part and parcel, but the gym itself is making things worse

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, make you feel comfortable. I've spoke to more people including staff at snap in the month I've been here than I did in the year I was at my old gym. Decent equipment, clean and well looked after.

Fantastic experience: Wow! First time coming to Dover, I was worried about the gyms here, I walked into the gym and it was super clean and had top equipment. Hot water in the showers and great pressure. Fantastic friendly staff, recommend this gym to anyone new around here or whoever wants to get into shape!

Positive experience: Clean, smart and tidy. All equipment works. Staff are friendly. Only marked down one star as the door is temperamental and some gym goers leave empty bottles and ised wipes everywhere when there are loads of bins available, which is a shame.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for a cupple years now very happy with the place. It is a commercial gym using matrix equipment. They have 3 shower's 1 changing room 2 toilets 1 disabled toilet. For women they have ghd plus hair dryers deodorant plus lady bits. As for men deodorant. They do fitness circuit training for both male & female for free that's at 6 o'clock evening time.

Negative experience: Front door doesn't work properly hasn't done for a long time have trouble getting can't get in if no one let's you in left a note asking to fix it and a manger rung me up very rude said to come in when staffed hours is on so she can show me how to close the door which doesn't help when your trying to get in ?

Negative experience: When I first started going here, the gym was well set up and the staff very friendly, since I have returned after Covid restrictions loosened the addition of a ‘studio’ to an already small gym removing 1/3rd of the actual gym space seems ridiculous and the nail in the coffin, the Owner (calls himself a director) accusing customers publicly of not having enough money to pay and stating they need to make sure they have the money to afford the membership monthly to both me and my partner. Obnoxious and disgusting customer service, Terminated my membership with immediate effect.
