Fantastic experience: I love this place, maybe it's the time I go, but there is always equipment available n it's clean n tidy n gym members are all considerate too

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym two weeks ago but have been ill so haven't been able to go. Finally got my induction booked. They are very in the know. Showed me new things and how to use the machines. I love the equipment. It was a little busy but I didn't have to wait. I love how people are there to work out and not just take pictures and post them on Instagram and show off like another gym I used to belong to in shirley high street (not naming names but it was horrible) The changing rooms are communal but clean. They have women's products for free, free hair dryers and creams and a proper dressing area. The showers have free shower gel too. The sad thing about the showers is that the push button doesn't last long and the water takes ages to come through. But I love the heated mirrors which meant I could get changed and sort my hair etc without having to leave the cubicle. They have two large studios so I can go and hide on my more fragile days if I'm feeling shy. They have a good selection of equipment and it's all well maintained and in good condition. The only down side is, they don't have anywhere near the pin machines to put water bottles and phones and I had to put it on the floor which isn't ideal. But the pin machines do have a counter which is a really nice touch. Saves you counting in your head when your fighting your tired demons! The staff are brilliant. I have spoken to Andy so far and he's been so supportive and nice. Answering all my questions, even the silly ones! And I mentioned about seeing a PT and he gave Felix my number straight away like I asked him to. And Flex contacted me straight away and was so polite and has a really great energy. They have a tap card entry system which is fine, it just means you have to remember your card and of you lose it the cost to replace is £20... so be careful! I have been using another group of gyms and since moving to shirley I have HATED the high street one so was looking for the right gym. And so far I think I've found it! I'm very happy and actually excited about working out again. Thanks guys!! Awesome work and an awesome gym so far.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good atmosphere, tons of machines and parking. Open 24 hour, can't ask for more than that. Billy is a credit to your staff, has great advice and knowledge and is always happy to chat.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym, the equipment is new and well kept. The staff is nice and helpful. Good parking, which is a huge plus. The only improvement I would suggest is getting dip machine, and plate loaded incline machine.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly staff, access 24/7. Showers are clean, wished the button was on alittle longer. Gets busy but with the extra room you can work out without feeling like everyone watching.

Fantastic experience: Top of the line equipment and very friendly and helpful staff. At first I wasn't too familiar with how to use some of the equipment and they were very happy to help me out.

Positive experience: Its good and welcoming place, small but with all the equipment you need to have a good workout! 24h open is an extra point!!

Negative experience: Can't find out pricing without putting details into website which they then use to keep calling me once a day. Never known any other gym pull this trick in years of attending various gyms. Have not been to the gym personally and will definitely not now join it.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, with amazing new equipment. The studio and on demand big screen workouts in there are something I haven’t seen before and is such a good addition to a gym. The studio has such good features such as the on demand fitness videos and customisable lighting, along with so many supplies and equipment to work with!
