Gym49 are an independent gym in the east end of Glasgow, Scotland (Carntyne). Members of the gym have access to quality facilities, classes and discounted personal training to support their goals of peak physical fitness and well-being.

We have a range of membership options open to individuals and families. We’re one big fitness team open to everyone regardless of their fitness experience and although it’s recommended that you possess determination and ambition to achieve, we’ll support you all the way!
Personal Training is also available at GYM 49 if you are seeking a tailored exercise programme. The expertise of our fully qualified instructors will give you the opportunity to assess your fitness needs and set your goals through an initial consultation before you are completely supported in your journey to achievement with your chosen instructor.
GYM 49 is a hidden gem in the area of Carntyne in Glasgow. Located within Carntyne Industrial Estate just off Carntynehall Road, the unit that is home to GYM 49 is located on Camelon Street with plenty of parking available.

Fantastic experience: I have registered today. Nicely decorated gym. Friendly staff. Clean place to do your workouts. The only thing I didn't find was the shower for girls. Adding that option will be superb!
