Fantastic experience: Tom is an excellent physiotherapist. He listened carefully to my needs. Knowledgable clinician. Tom provided a useful course of exercises to alleviate pain and stiffness in my shoulders and arms. It was great to build confidence with my injury thanks to Tom's guidance. Nice clinic room, good layout. When I had a question outside clinic, Tom answered readily which was helpful. Also thanks to Lynette at reception. Easy to book appointments and I got reminders. Overall a good experience at The Medical.

Fantastic experience: Matt here is a great physio. Both super friendly and informative and helps you along the whole rehab process and responds to emails of you have any doubt or questions. Couldn’t recommend highly enough as Matt got me back into sports as quickly as possible with sufficient recovery and strength training.

Fantastic experience: From the reception staff to Rachel my physiotherapist, they are all professional, knowledgeable and caring. This is a superb physio centre where the patient is always put first. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physio treatment. I especially like the fact that I receive an e-mail containing a link to the exercises that have been recommended to improve and ease my condition. I also receive emails for both my appointments as well as reminders. Plus I have the opportunity to choose appointments outside of my normal working hours. THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: I've been having treatment with both Chris and Rachel I can't thank them both enough without there treatment I would not be where I am today very professional and both excellent at there hands on approach I was in a bad place 7 mths ago with a slipped disc if I had to wait for NHS I would be still be led in a bed but thanks to there help I'm back working walking exercising etc virtually pain free

Fantastic experience: Tom Green helped to rehabilitate our 14 year old son back to full sporting fitness following extensive hip surgery. He came back stronger and motivated. The whole experience from booking, delivery through to follow up was excellent. Compared to other physio services, good value too. Couldn't fault. Thank you Tom and team.

Negative experience: I would not trust the rating of this service. The customer service is awful. Feels more like a money making company as opposed to a practice that cares about their patients. Would not reccommend at all.

Fantastic experience: I am a guitar player and had a very severe bout of RSI come on a few days ago in both arms. From my elbow down I constantly had pins and needles, my arms ached and I lost sensitivity. Not only was this very uncomfortable, I was also deeply concerned about the impact it would have on my guitar playing. I got in touch with Tom. An appointment was made swiftly and without fuss. His professionally affable manner put me ease and he was thorough in discussing the symptoms I was feeling and in his examination. Furthermore, he explained what he was doing as he went simply and effectively- even a layman such as I was able to understand what was happening. Following the examination and our discussion Tom gave me some exercises. They were easy to understand and do, he also explained their purpose. He offered to print them out for me, when I said that I’d prefer a visual reminder of what to do he was happy to talk me through as he filmed me practicing them I could feel improvement in both arms literally the day after my appointment. I’ve been doing the exercises ever since- more than a week now- and I continue to improve rapidly. Even better, the exercises need no equipment and can easily be fitted in around my hectic schedule. All in all, I cannot recommend Tom highly enough. He’s knowledgeable, empathetic, professionally friendly and he took a genuine interest in helping me. He worked in an unhurried manner and ensured I understood why I had experienced RSI, what it was, and how and why his prescribed exercises would help. He’s fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Tom was amazing at addressing the issues at hand and giving me the tools to tackle things by myself at home as well and provide excellent service at The Medical. We worked together on my back and leg problems for 5 months and I’ve seen huge improvements in my body. I would highly recommend The Medical!

Fantastic experience: I sought advice and treatment from the Medical in relation to an ankle injury I picked up. This was important to get fixed quickly as I am due to run in this years' Bath Half Marathon. I was referred to Rachael Storr who professionally diagnosed the problem and carried out a comprehensive set of treatments. I am pleased to say that I have made a full recovery and would highly recommend Rachael. She is very knowledgeable and has helped me continue training and build up strength to prevent a repeat injury.

Fantastic experience: Saw Tom with a muscle injury a few weeks before the Bath Half, he was very helpful and managed to sort the issue and give me some exercises to ensure I would make it on race day. Have recommended to all friends in Bath, good value for students too!
