Fantastic experience: Very happy to be able to hit the gym early on weekdays. They open by 6am on weekdays and that is a bonus for me. They’ve got a large range of equipments that suits everyone depending on individual gym targets. Atmosphere is okay, up beat music, friendly staff/gym goers and that voice saying : “ NO PAIN, NO GAIN” is a plus .
