Fantastic experience: I'm only a visitor as I'm a hairdresser and I go and visit my oldest client called millie who's almost 102. And I've done millies hair for 40 year so shes not just a client. She's also a friend. The staff are always lovely with a great welcome by the reception girls. Millie is really looked after and they seem to treat her like a queen and what ever millie wants and needs she gets. Although millie is tired now and all honesty has had enough bless her, she's made the decision on her own to enter Middleton hall and she's been quite happy.

Positive experience: The staff looked after our mother wonderfully well (February 2019 to November 2020). They made her time there, and her final days in particular, a time of peace and reassurance. As a family, we always felt she was in good hands. Reception staff, cleaning staff, carers and nurses were equally devoted to their job/vocation. A turnover of senior nurses and management meant that, occasionally, there was a hiccup in the continuity of correspondence. However, this was a minor blemish and, in spite of the travails of the pandemic, those staff involved in the immediate care of Mum were fantastic.

Fantastic experience: This place is just stunning. The Staff are wonderful. I take my little boy swimming here and it's so clean. The cafe is lovely too, the staff are friendly and the service is good.

Fantastic experience: Excellent retirement community with many different options for accommodation and care levels. Great staff and facilities including restaurant, orangery, themed and fine dining events, spa and outdoor bowls and golf. Very high standards of decor, cleanliness both inside and in the grounds.

Fantastic experience: I have family members living here in one of the apartments and they are very comfortable. Good facilities & friendly, helpful staff. They still have a lot of independence but also the option to get extra support as they need it. If one of them eventually needs more care than the other can provide, they will still be able to live in the same complex.

Fantastic experience: Although our very dear mother Margaret was in the Nursing home for a short time before her passing the attention given to her was simply the best. It was Palliative care of the highest standard. We know mum could not have been in a better place to make her feel special and loved by those who cared for her in this home. Thank you all again from mum and the family, keep up the wonderful work you do.
