Fantastic experience: What a brilliant gym, tons of high quality equipment. Am impressive selection of machines and dumbbells with great lifting platforms too. Matt and all the staff are really friendly and extremely knowledgable. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility with 8 squat racks, a large amount of weight plates, barbells and dumbbells, plus three lifting platforms. Large floor space and good selection of machines as well as cardio equipment (including SkiErg + Concept 2 Assault bike). Welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes the gym suitable for people of all skill levels including beginners.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous, well equipped gym! The staff are very professional. Great classes too, I love the early morning Metcon and body conditioning! They also offer brilliant full hour PT sessions, for any level of fitness. I would highly recommend... it’s a little gem!

Fantastic experience: One of my all time favorite gyms. The staff are very helpful and super friendly, it has everything from peck decks to rowing machines to punching bags fit for kicking which I love to do. Very good prices, fantastic for young people, though it doesn't look high tech, it gets the job done, and done well.
