Fantastic experience: Im now 4 weeks into the 6 week challenge. I was very worried about it, as i have a heart condition (SCAD) and i hadnt exercised for over 3 years. I never liked gyms either. However all my concerns quickly disappeared. All the trainers are very aware of my condition, and i felt in a safe environment. The 3 weekly sessions have up to a maximum of 8 people training, and every session is different from the last, with each trainer leading it with their own style. I am thoroughly enjoying every session, and would fully recommend trying it.

Fantastic experience: I’m so pleased I joined lean 4 fitness, if you stick to the plan you will get the results, I’m 4 weeks in and about to hit my target. Always different exercises so you don’t get bored.

Fantastic experience: Until the last few years, I've played racquet sports most my adult life several times a week and was a member of a racquets club. When I stopped by weight piled on and I lost my fitness. I also worked at a gym and had free use of the facilities, and hated it so much I went once! Going to the gym or doing circuit training classes has always bored me, until I took on the Lean4Fitness 6-week challenge. What a great programme! I really enjoy the circuits sessions. Everyone is really friendly and supportive. Unlike many gyms, you won't see any 'Gorillas in the Mist' sitting in the free weights area, or super fit athletes training for their next triathlon, but what you will find are trainers helping you achieve your goal! I turned up with aches and pains, which are improving with exercise, and after only 4 weeks I feel stronger, fitter and lighter, and I've still got another 2 weeks on the plan! I'd certainly recommend the 6-week challenge to anyone.

Fantastic experience: 4 weeks in and I’m feeling great! I really enjoy the sessions and have really been surprised at how well I recover after them…largely due to the change in diet. It’s really given me the boost to change my habits. The instructors have all been fab and I love that everyone I’ve met has been super friendly. I would definitely recommend Lean 4 Fitness and the 6 Week Challenge!

Fantastic experience: Dedicated team with a highly encouraging program and small exercise classes (up to 8 in a group). Small niggle is that there's no changing room / 1 toilet only. But they'll certainly make you work out well and only four weeks in and I have become a lot fitter and my weight has reduced noticeably!

Fantastic experience: Really well developed and delivered programme that has helped me lose nearly a stone in 3 weeks. Its hard work, but the support from the trainers is there throughout every session and between sessions. Highly recommend for anyone looking to lose weight and get fitter

Positive experience: Coming to end of week 4. Was inspired to take part by the Fb pics of people actually exercising, and having in the past been challenged by circuit training. Found the pricing info a bit sparse and uncertain at the outset but went with it anyway for the classes. And the training sessions are great. Both hard work and enjoyable and as an added bonus everyone is friendly and helpful. I hadn't appreciated the extent of the dietary "rules" at the outset and they were somewhat unnerving. Struggled and still do with this aspect, but have found, at least for me a happy medium, less carbs, more protein, fewer snacks and treats but better ones. Must be doing domething right; at week 3 review had lost half the weight that I wanted to lose and shed over 5% body fat against target of 6%. Must be building a muscle or two and do feel stronger for it. Hardest and most frustrating part; working out how and where to leave the required review!

Fantastic experience: I am now in my final week of my 6 week plan. At my 3 week review I had seen good results and feel so much better in myself. I have been training in one of the morning sessions and have thoroughly enjoyed each of them. The trainers have all been really good and have made things fun (but hard) and do tailor exercise to each individual. I could not have achieved the progress without their help and motivation.

Fantastic experience: I am three weeks into the six week plan at Lean 4 fitness and it has been great. The programme has helped me to change my mentality from when I am tired I need to relax, into go and exercise to feel energised. The food has reminded me that I don't have to cook something impressive or time consuming, it is about fuelling your body. I have felt happier, have more energy, more mental clarity and literally feel lighter. I thought with the food I would struggle as I have a sweet tooth but I haven't found this tough as I always feel full, which I guess has reduced the cravings. Everyone is lovely and fun so you feel comfortable very quickly, everything is explained well and if you are unsure you will get the support as it is a small group. I'm really glad I decided to take part in this!

Fantastic experience: Now into my 5th week of the challenege, I am really noticing the benefits both physically and mentally. The meal plan has been easy to follow and gives you the freedom to be a spontaneous with recipes. I have found the exercise classes really enjoyable and the instructors have been really encouraging throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to make a change and have some fun along the way!

Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere with very encouraging trainers. I felt fitter, stronger and leaner after only 2 weeks. Fantastic experience: I’m Halfway through the 6 week challenge ., and it works !! You have to stick and believe in the plan to get the results but it’s worth it . Fantastic experience: Joined Lean 4 fitness a few weeks ago to get fitter and loose a little weight. Started a 6 week challenge, I'm 4 weeks into it, and I've lost some (2lbs) so far. Others have lost lots more. The diet is strict. The sessions are 40/45 minutes and are instructor led.very effective. Excellent time keeping. expect a sweat at the end ! You know you've been to the gym, (if you do it right and not cheat! ) Max 8 in each session. You pre- book them at the time that works best for you. The instructors are all friendly and knowledgeable. When you first see the gym, you think there isn't much there compared to the big/main stream gyms but each session the work area changes. The instructors move things around so there's actually more there than you first realise. You get a 3week review and a 6 week review. Everyone there for same reason and to start with there is apprehension amoung others but once you get into it, it all works and I enjoy going. Parking not a problem(i thought it might be initially). The same faces reappear so you get to know people and people are friendly is most part. There is a bit of "I don't like ..." "I can't do that coz I have this wrong"...but the instructors come up with alternatives and it doesn't matter., which I think shows their experience and knowledge. They are a good bunch. (I'm talking about Holborn gym - known as Southampton).

Fantastic experience: 5 weeks into the 6 week course and the results are quite amazing. Big weight loss of over 5kg and almost 3% fat loss reduction. It’s a strict diet but the meal sizes mean I am never hungry. Intensive physical training 3 times a week was hard at first but now my stamina is increasing to meet the challenge. If you want to change yourself physically and also mentally I would recommend this 100%

Positive experience: Just finished week 4 and 2 more to go on 6 week challenge. Enjoying fitness sessions, they are definitely not easy and PT instructors know how to ensure you work to your maximum. Can see how meal plans help if you need to loose a lot of weight. I don’t think I will achieve my 6% body fat reduction but that’s because I have not followed meal plan properly but I didn’t join to loose a lot of weight, it was more the fitness side I was interested in.

Fantastic experience: The 6 Week Challenge is proving to be hot and sweaty with wonderful support from the PTs (erm that stands for Professors of Torture, in case you did not know ;) ). The other members are great support too during both the HIIT sessions and the nutrition side of things which does take a bit of getting your head around with what to have when. I have learnt a lot and loved every moment, even when I think I can't do one more rep and somehow do. The support from other members is wonderful - thank you one and all. There is a great range of PTs and we have never done the same circuit twice. This is not boring multi-reps at all. I have laughed a lot too. Some of it at my own lack of coordination, but some of it as a group as we get on with the circuit.

Fantastic experience: WOW! This is an intense challenge but definitely worth it. The sessions are varied and surprisingly enjoyable even if sometimes you feel like you're going to die Once you get a handle on the diet thats pretty easy to follow too. I'm just going into my final week and I feel fitter and healthier than I have done for years. Plus, 3 1/2 inches off the waist means the jeans are looking good for the winter.

Positive experience: In relation to the gym side it’s good but hard but hey no pain no gain. I really am finding it hard in relation to the diet as I work shifts from 0200 starts to 1400 starts so adapting has been hard but I feel better in myself and am really happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to kick start your new summer body for 2024. As it's new it's very clean and tidy the equipment is of high quality. Fantastic experience: Just finished my fourth week. Results are amazing. After three weeks my loss was 16lbs. Now have the food project in control. The trainers have been encouraging. Very patient with us oldies. I know they will say i told you so. YES it does what it says on the tin. Reap what you sow. Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to exercise and get the right information on loosing weight. The pti's are knowledgeable in all things nutrition and have always had time to talk over any concerns. You'll never be board with the Circuits the pti sets out, different Circuits working different parts of your body. I'm really glad I took the plunge and signed up for the 6 week course, I'm 4 weeks in and down 5+kg and dropped from a 38 to a comfortable 36 waist. It can only get better for the next 2 weeks..

Fantastic experience: Tried the 6 week challenge which wasn’t easy, especially the diet part but no pain no gain. It’s very well organised, from diet plan to booking and taking exercise sessions. The trainers are great, encouraging and supportive, explain all the workouts very well. 6 weeks later, I have achieved excellent results, feeling so happy and strong! Fantastic experience: Really impressed! I found the gym sessions hard at first but, after 5 weeks, I'm feeling so much fitter and have lost weight (the sessions are still challenging!). The trainers are great - you're there for a challenge but they are encouraging and supportive. There is plenty of support if you need it and the other gym-goers are friendly and supportive. Fantastic experience: Review from Andrew Booth. 6 week challenge Highly impressed by this gym. Very friendly helpful staff and a program that gets good results. The 6 week challenge involves a strict diet and 18 circuit training exercise sessions They really aren't a walk in the park but they are fun , done to music and the staff are there to supervise and encourage you. I've lost four and a half pounds in 3 weeks and 3 percent body fat and the flabby areas have pretty much disappeared. The great thing about the classes is no going to gym having to do it all yourself. Very well organized and planned.

Fantastic experience: I started the 6 week course as I needed to reset my eating habits and build my muscle. It’s not easy as there is a lot of planning involved but once you are through the first week it does get easier. The support from the trainers has been amazing and the classes are hard but always seem to go quite quickly. The other members are welcoming and there are definitely no egos. Test your Will power and give it a go, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have been super impressed with the team at lean for fitness. it's a very inclusive environment and a very personally tailored approach to meeting your personal goals. every gym session is led by and enthusiastic instructor with a wide variation of exercises at each gym session. the attention to detail and planning is highly recommended. The IT they use for the app which enables you to book sessions is simple and straightforward. the support and supervision regarding food and nutrition is also excellent. I'm well on my way to achieving my goals in terms of weight loss and fitness improvements. I also consider it excellent value for money.

Positive experience: This is a mixed review. The 6 week program does work (I lost over 19lbs on it), and the menu and hiit sessions are really good. HOWEVER, something to be aware of is that it isn’t free. It’s £300 unless you hit the 20lb weight loss target (or some % of body fat). The advertising about this is a little misleading, so wanting to include it here so other people who contact them do so with that knowledge to hand. But the sessions are good, and the meal plans are very clear, so if you are happy to spend £300 on it, then it’s definitely worth it, but don’t sign up if you don’t have that money to invest as chances are, you won’t get it back.

Fantastic experience: I'm just over half way through my 6 week challenge, and it is everything I expected it to be: Very clear guidance on nutrition, to give me the best possible chance of hitting my target. Very challenging fitness classes, to help me build muscle and burn fat, and lots of support from the trainers. Just what I needed. I'm happy to recommend Lean 4 Fitness for anyone seriously wanting to lose fat and get fitter.

Fantastic experience: Working with the team has been a big game changer. I have been supported in so many ways to make the life changes needed to see results. The gym sessions are challenging but enjoyable at the same time, and I have found my fitness and flexibility have improved drastically. If you are thinking of joining, by advice is to do it. Fantastic experience: So I'm over the halfway mark of my 6 week challenge and in a good place to review Lean 4 Fitness. Sessions are a mix of hard cardio and strength workouts with lots of variety and no two sessions the same - which definitely adds to the fun! The instructors are really excellent and explain each training session and exercise in detail. The warm ups and warm downs are vital and necessary part of each session as you are going to push your body A big reason for my joining, was the meal plan which, although a challenge at first, you quickly became used to and soon becomes 2nd nature. Am I seeing results? Yes!, and looking forward to seeing how much weight I've lost after 6 weeks. Would I recommend? Absolutely, if you're serious about getting fit and don't mind putting in the effort you will get results.

Fantastic experience: I am now 4 weeks into my programme. I feel really great, lost some weight. BMI is lower. i am using muscles that I haven't used for years. At 82 years old, with 2 new knees, I am really pleased with myself. The trainers have been really wonderful, helping keep my spirit's Up when the going got tough. I was tiring towards the end of the routines when I started. My breathing is getting better. I am looking forward to the next 2 weeks, and I recommend Anybody feeling unhappy with life to give Lean 4 fitness a try. I did, and I cannot thank them enough. Ken Mason.

Positive experience: Lean4Fitness Ringwood - fastest results I have ever seen for toning up - lost a total of 10 inches so far off my bust, waist, hips and thighs. The diet is very challenging and so are the workouts & the first two weeks were very hard for me but by week 3, I was starting to enjoy the workouts. The trainers are upbeat and supportive as are the members who attend the classes with the other challengers. 4 weeks down, 2 to go ! This programme has given me the kick-start I needed after gaining the weight I lost after the first lockdown. Definitely fitter and slimmer and down one dress size in 4 weeks. Thankyou Lean4Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I started on the six week challenge 4 weeks ago now. I have to say although hard I enjoy the training sessions as I would never push myself like I do in class. All the instructors are very encouraging and will never let you do an exercise that you may be struggling with because of injury. The diet took me a while to get used to ,especially all the 0 Greek yoghurt ! But I don't miss having carbs in the evening or wine for that matter and have lost 7lbs . What is nice is that I feel fitter,have so much more energy and have met some lovely people along the way. The hardest thing was walking through the door in the beginning thinking I'd be terrible,but everyone is in the same situation and you all help one another. I highly recommend Lean for fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have just had my three week review so am halfway through the six week challenge. I am blown away by my results but will admit I have stuck to the food plan, worked hard in the gym plus still doing other activities such as walking my dog, riding my bike and Parkrun. I have found the food plan a bit challenging but have found a few things that I quite like so just repeat those. If you understand the principles, you can come up with your own dishes. The classes are brilliant! That trainers are very knowledgeable, constantly watching you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly to get maximum benefit and minimise the risk of injury. There are always alternative exercises if you aren’t able to do the one described. The classes are small and everyone very friendly. I do ache after some sessions but find if I keep moving, the soreness is less. If my muscles ache, it must mean I have some! If you are thinking about taking on the six week challenge, do it! The only thing you will lose is the weight and fat. I am already starting to see my muscles that have been hidden under a layer of fat for far too long!

Fantastic experience: I have taken part in the 6 week challenge. It is hard, but rewarding. I feel lighter, more energy and happier as a whole. The gym is very supportive and a nice environment to work out in, everyone is in a similar position which makes it a positive, safe space. The diet involves a lot of clean, un processed foods. This isn’t an easy challenge but you will see results, on the scale and in your mindset.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Lean 4 Fitness, Ringwood! Everything is made so easy, from the meal plans, the booking system and the online support. The trainer's are so attentive, knowledgeable and professional, all I have to do is turn up and put the effort in and the results have been fantastic. I am the worst morning person and thought I would be attending all the late afternoon sessions, but I have completely flipped and only attend the very early sessions! The early's help me feel massively positive at the start of my day, as I have already achieved! If you are thinking about it, do it, you have nothing to loose (apart from weight and bad habits!!!!)

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say. I've just completed my 4th week, (3 sessions per week) of a 6 week ladies intensive workout challenge with LEAN 4 FITNESS (Ringwood). With their easy to follow high protein diet charts and recipes you can't help but succeed in your quest to lose weight, tone up and generally feel much fitter and healthier. In my 4 weeks I've lost almost 3% body fat and 10lb in weight and I've still got 2 weeks to go . And then there's the trainers, so professional and very very friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. And another bonus, you get to meet other like-minded ladies of all ages. We like to swop dietary tips and spur each other on. Can't recommend this enough, it's enjoyable and very rewarding.

Fantastic experience: I’m in week 4 of my six week challenge with Lean4Fitness Ringwood. Results are beginning to show, I feel fitter and more energised. The exercise classes are excellent. The fitness team are extremely helpful and encouraging. The classes are challenging but I feel great afterwards. The classes are small and friendly. I would highly recommend it to people who are trying to loose some weight and want to feel fitter and look more toned. With the recommended diet sheet, I’ve never felt hungry.

Fantastic experience: Week 4 of my 6 week challenge. The sessions are brilliant, always different, the trainers challenge everyone individually and will always adapt exercises, and they are super friendly and helpful. The nutrition side has been tough but once in a routine with it, has worked really well and genuinely feel a difference with my energy levels. Would definitely recommend the programme.
