Aspire Gym Bedford

The Bedford gym has a range of cardiovascular equipment, weight machines squat racks and dumbbells. It is also home to our brand new Strength and Condition suite.

The Bedford site has changing rooms with showers, hairdryers and lockers for members to use. The Bedford Aspire Gym is marked as P9 on the campus map [PDF]
