Positive experience: A good gym, has many workout options. It can be busy at certain hours, specially after school time. Main issue is communication with those who are in charged. You can only send messages through their app.

Positive experience: Easy access and lots of parking was available

Fantastic experience: Easy to get to , plenty of parking but could of done with a link through to cafe being available from the comic con in the hall as it was chucking it down and I wasn't going to get pissed wet twice just to go get a drink but was probably locked doors as looked to be a kids party going to happen on other side of the short cut to a coffee

Negative experience: Can’t comment on facilities but I am sorry, £8.10 for 55 minutes on the track is ridiculous. York athletics track, a more affluent area, is £4.50 for as long as you want. Reduce your prices.

Fantastic experience: The sports village is extremely popular, with loads of things to do, you can even book the rooms for social events, such as birthdays etc. Just about every sports subject is available, apart from skiing, swimming and snowboarding . A brilliant place with oodles of things to do. Bookings a required.

Fantastic experience: Nice selection of pitches, cafe, toilets all you need for a footballing day out.

Positive experience: Plenty of training options in regards equipment, both free weights and machines, more squat rack options downstairs, cardio and posers upstairs () occasional restricted access downstairs on a weekend if events are on.

Positive experience: Good facilities. Always loved the soft play for kids and the grounds outside for playing sports are really good quality. Only thing is the staff in the cafe aren’t the most friendly or caring.

Negative experience: Poor poor poor I get saving labour but not being able to order at a till? Chicken was cold our second attempt here both shocking given 2 ketchup for a ; person sharing bucket then scowled at asking for more if it’s for 4 people I need 4.

Positive experience: Cooked breakfast was very good. My bar food was fine in the evening although some of my colleagues found their food to be overcooked. Prices were good. My Room was OK for a short stay. No hi-fi. No catch-up services on TV. Very busy on the Saturday night due a large wedding party. The wedding room looked excellent

Positive experience: While the ambiance at Everyone's Active Middlesbrough Sports Village is welcoming, the gym's size leaves much to be desired. It's frustrating that group classes monopolize half of the gym space every day and every morning leaving little room for other patrons to utilize equipment. Given the sports village's ample space, it's disappointing that group classes aren't relocated to accommodate everyone. This situation is both awkward and inconvenient, detracting from the overall experience for those seeking a seamless workout. As a result, I and other people could not complete their workout effectively.

Positive experience: Football pitches are good quality, well lit and relatively cheap to hire. Large car park too. The only issue I had was the lengthy wait to get into and out of the car park... otherwise it was a good place to visit for a game of footy.

Negative experience: No one gets back to you regarding membership issues. Charged me incorrect for 2 months and still haven't corrected it. Can't get in touch when you get change or cancel your membership online it just tells you to fill a form in for enquiry and no one ever get back to you! Frustrating!!

Positive experience: If the young staff at the cafe could have bothered to extricate themselves from their very engaging conversation between each other about their personal lives as another young staff member leans on the counter talking and messaging on her phone, blocking customer access, I mightve been more generous. As it is. My one interaction with staff was very poor. I got that experience and charged £2.50 for a spoon of instant coffee and water. Maybe you put the 99% profit you make on that towards some customer service training?
