Velocity Fitness is a strength, conditioning and general fitness gym that develops individuals, athletes and teams to reach their fitness goals through constantly varied functional movements covering all aspects of fitness. Our program combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics (body weight) and high and low Intensity cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of movements and skills. We want to develop the ability to deal with any physical contingency and so thats the way we train – preparing ourselves for the unknown and unknowable. We are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic CrossFit box. Can’t recommend this highly enough, especially for something as daunting as starting CrossFit. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and the whole place has a great, friendly and positive atmosphere.
