Anytime Fitness Chiswick

Fantastic experience: Been there just coming up to a year now and so far so good. Equipment much better than the Feltham branch (which is why I changed)! Staff seem lovely, especially the General Manager Khem. Since I started Khem has been nothing but welcoming and always on hand to help with equipment or general queries. Thanks a lot Khem!

Fantastic experience: Khem and the team are great and really welcoming, easy to talk about any queries. It’s nice to be able to walk in and never have to queue for the weightlifting racks as there are more than enough. Jacob’s Sunday kick boxing classes are great.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! The air is always fresh, and the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant. The new exercise machines keep me motivated for productive workouts, and the caring staff ensures that everyone feels comfortable. The gym is always spotless, which is a huge plus. I also love the muscle massage machines for a perfect post-workout recovery. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic small member focused gym. Friendly staff and great modern equipment. As both a member and a business owner that uses the facilities, its an affordable and rare gem to find in London.

Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere, great equipment, and even extra touches around the bathroom/locker area ❤️ I hope fellow gym users would put their weights back on the racks though. As much as I appreciate the chance to lift some extra, it can be annoying having to carry 200kg out of my way.

Fantastic experience: New member here! Was a bit anxious at first as the gym is smaller than I am used to but tbh it is all I need. Clean snd tidy! Never had to wait for anything to be available and no sketchy stuff happening around… So far do good

Negative experience: This gym is discriminatory and has a lack of duty of care towards its members. I was a regular member up until I discovered I was pregnant and then on my doctors advice stopped attending due to a medical condition. Despite informing anytime fitness of this and providing a medical note (which they requested) I was still denied my request to cancel my membership for the duration of my pregnancy. This has caused an immense amount of stress which for any individual is difficult to bear, let alone for someone who is pregnant. Considering pregnancy is a protected characteristic and I’ve been advised by now 3 medical professionals the fact that anytime fitness refuse to acknowledge this and care about their members is disgusting. I am planning to take this further as this is unacceptable. I would not recommend joining and will never return to an anytime fitness after this.

Fantastic experience: Mark and the Team at Anytime Fitness went above and beyond to make me feel welcome there while I was travelling abroad from Australia but didn’t have my access key. They greeted me so warmly each time they let me in, asked what I was training and were very personable. The gym itself is fantastic! Plenty of machines, state of the art cardio equipment, plenty of open space and wonderful natural light throughout the day. This is my favourite Anytime fitness I’ve ever trained in and I’ve trained at SO many across the globe. Thanks again

Fantastic experience: The staff is super friendly, I know that I’m always going to be greeted and welcomed. The equipment is new and available. Being open 24/7 is a huge thing as well. I don’t have to worry about the gym closing at all. Being able to use every branch around the world allows me to train no matter where I am and it prevents me from skipping training during my international travels. The community is cherishing. Having discounts for my favourite brands like Nike, Under Armour, New Balance are a big deal. The free boxing, pilates, combat and hiit classes are an amazing benefit as well. 10/10 recommending it.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym, I’ve really enjoyed my time as a member here in the last few months. A mix of friendly staff and great equipment, with a special mention to Khemawl and Mark. The facility also boasts nice big windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming and energising atmosphere.

Some other gyms have doubled their fees which forced me to look elsewhere and this certainly fits the bill. Negative experience: Worst gym I’ve ever joined! Locked me out for not signing a contract when had not been told I needed to get it signed! No reminders sent, can see I tried accessing the gym on multiple occasions out of hours. Just seem to act like old school gyms wanting long silly contracts from people. Steer clear and use a gym with flexibility not these cowboys!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been crazy anxious about going to the gym but AF team have been great. Khem and the team know everyone and always support with reaching goals. Back in January, I started PT sessions with Isaac, who has proven to be exceptionally patient and understanding. Thanks to him, I've not only built on my strength but also newfound confidence, realising that the gym isn't as intimidating as I once thought! The gym is always super clean. With lots of amenities. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never liked a gym so much. Khemawl and the team at AF have created an incredible community. They’re super friendly and know each member by name. They cheer you on when you hit a PB and are give great workout advice. I feel safe at AF and that any concerns I might have will be taken seriously. The gym is clean, light and airy and has a great selection of kit. They have a good selection of classes ans fun monthly challenges. Really happy I moved to AF.

Fantastic experience: New starter at the gym and it's been great so far. Super friendly staff, great new equipment and a really nice atmosphere. There's always lots of promos also, the other day we had free juice! It's a gym with a personal touch.

Fantastic experience: Its a good gym. Chem and Mark in particular I dealt with a lot and they are both really nice. All the staff are friendly and really seem to care about getting to know their customers and making a nice experience. The gym itself is really modern, with good equipment and changing/styling area. Also, I dont know what they use for air freshener there but it smells like heaven. Rarely gets very busy and has a generally friendly clientele. Really couldn't ask for more from a gym or a team. Keep up the good work!

Negative experience: Be careful guys when you go to register at your gym I went to the gym in person and the employee told me that I could cancel my registration at any time when I went to try to cancel it due to pregnancy they still continue to issue my card even though I warned them long before

Fantastic experience: Great equipment, changing facilities are really nice and clean also with great accessories such as the Dyson hair dryers and free to use lockers. The gym is not huge, but the people are all really friendly and even in a busy Jan you can still get a good workout in without feeling like you're standing around waiting for equipment. Staff are all great also, friendly and helpful and there is always something they are giving away, from fruit to other healthy snacks

Fantastic experience: I've been signed up for a few weeks now after coming in for a trial. I spoke with Jacob who was exemplary and friendly. I had not planned to sign up yet during my trial but Jacob made it very clear what sort of culture is present at this gym and what can be expected in the future. I had previously struggled for proper consistency at my previous gym but I'm now back to my best form of consistency in over a year since joining anytime fitness Chiswick.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a trial, after trying most of the gyms and studios in the area. I spoke to Khemawl, who was very friendly and welcoming. A fairly sized gym with everything you could possibly need, without being crammed in. Modern and clean space. Relaxed atmosphere, filled with courteous and respectful gym users. I’m not easily pleased, but safe to say, both my partner and I are now signed up.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym that’s open 24/7 in Chiswick! The equipment is all new and nice, and even connects to my Apple Watch! I also love the massage guns for recovery, and all the trainers at the gym are really nice too

Fantastic experience: I've been a member since it opened and I have to say that out of all the gyms I've joined (and rarely attended!!) over the years, this is my most favourite. Theres are plenty of cardio machines, many multigym machines, free weights and a great area for doing yoga, stretches etc. There's a fab coffee machine and vending machine too. The showers are pristine and each has a chair, mirror, power shower and great shampoos etc. They even have Dyson hairdryers. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The fact that it's 24/7 is a massive bonus.

Fantastic experience: Visitor from AF Collingwood VIC AUS. I have used many AF gyms across the UK, Singapore and Australia and the new gym at Chiswick Park is by far the best I have experienced. Great equipment including some rarely seen stuff (hip thrust machine, hack squat, TheraGuns endless rope, SkiErg, etc), excellent space and layout, great changing and wash facilities, and generally excellent level of cleanliness and tidiness. Well done. This is the benchmark that all other AF franchises should now be measured from. On a par with the likes of VirginActive but at a much considerate price point. Well done.
