Fantastic experience: I do have to say. Ever since I've started attending this gym. I've noticed amazing changes. Started going at 110kg. Now I'm 93kg, can lift my own body a few times. My back and let's look amazingly muscular. The owners are very friendly and the other gym goers are very chill too!!!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this gym enough! Popped in here twice whilst visiting Hereford now and will be back. For those who know the equipment in this gym is top tier, probably the best converging presses going and, a proper nautilus pullover to mention a few pieces. The gym is always spotless, plates all in order and all the equipment well cared for, a real credit to the owner and members.

Fantastic experience: I am here for a business contract and I participated and attended an experience with the old world. I liked the gym and the owner of the gym with his strict rules. I will visit the gym again. It reminded me of my age in my twenties and thirties.

Fantastic experience: New heating installed. Great gym for weights. Seated and standing calf specific machines. lots of pull up bars, never too busy.Good atmosphere and ran by an OG body builder who is a legend.

Fantastic experience: Bought a month membership here as a student through recommendations from friends. It has everything you’d want in a gym, a good variety of machines, free weights and a nice atmosphere. The owner is always about and is friendly, couldn’t recommend this place enough. Will be coming back to this gym if I’m ever in hereford again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym..... This has gone from a rough and ready gym to a clean, modern gym but still keeps some parts for hardcore training. Men and Women both feel totally comfortable here, with all forms of gym workouts and years of experienced advice from the owner (Nik).....

The owner Nick is a welcoming host and always on hand to give you advice and training tips. You can get weekly, twice weekly or monthly memberships to suit your own needs

Fantastic experience: I called back to Hereford after four years away and popped in to my old gym. It had changed hands and it is now run by Nik Hunter who was always training in the gym when I was there. Brilliant. Upgraded facilities and most importantly someone who cared. With a million other things to do Nik took time out to 'chat'. He was supremely accommodating for my needs which, after having not seen me for four years and me not needing a membership of any description he had no need to do. Whilst I trained I watched him care for others and specifically watched him teach someone who was training there, imparting his unique blend of training expertise. If you stayed away from this 'spit and sawdust' gym in the past then I can confirm it is time for a rethink. Whatever your needs be it anonymity, heavy weight training, camaraderie or weight loss, male or female, I love the fact that you will find what you need here. A special hidden gem.
