Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym with amazing staff. The equipment, both for hypertrophy and functional training are top tier. Loved moving here from other gyms. Definitely the best gym in Rochdale.

Fantastic experience: A fabulous, friendly, inspiring and motivational gym. I started here due to my PT moving. I was initially nervous, coming from a highly commercial gym but I really shouldn't have worried. Wish I started training here sooner. Great equipment, great staff, great gym!

Fantastic experience: Came here as I was nearby without a car for a couple of hours - was not disappointed at all. Equipment selection is huge and varied, well looked after too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Moved around lots of different areas and was really impressed with the gym. Showers were clean too. Sadly the gym is too far for me to travel on a regular basis, but if I were closer I would happily join. They do day passes, so if you're unsure it's definitely worth the small bit of money to try them out.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym with lots of equipment/facilities. Toilets and generally very clean and some very professional advice on hand. I don't use the gym but visit weekly, very impressed all round.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, management team and staff are great. The upstairs is dedicated to boxing, kick boxing and MMA, with ground mats, double end bag, sway bag, speed ball, multiple punch/kick bags, boxing timer and other equipment. Lots of cardio options upstairs like running machines, steppers, rowers etc. There's a room dedicated to CrossFit and circuit training which includes box jumps, kettle bells, tyre flips, sledge runs etc. Massive weight section and the clientele are mature, so you don't get your usual kids posing away in every mirror like at some of the other gyms

Fantastic experience: Really good bodybuilding gym, friendliest members and staff ive ever been too. High ceilings which helps creates a fun atmosphere to work out. Never have to worry about anyone robbing my phone or car keys because all the members are sound and they have camera dashes about lol. I never used to last in gyms always used to give up after 2 weeks but now ive been at this gym for 2 years and feel the best i have ever been its like im 21 again. My advice to anyone looking to start body building the first 2 months are hard it is like a chore but after that you start looking forward to coming gym working out chatting having a bit of banter with other members after a while you think how could i ever have live without gym keeps you mentally and physically healthy

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent gym. It's got everything the serious lifter could want. It's clean and in good nick. It's kept adequately warm in the winter. Either the members are naturally tidy and considerate or management has figured out how to get them to rack things. The music isn't particularly obnoxious. There is a great deal of free space upstairs and in the women's studio for those who like to do their own things. I've only been during the daytime but it's not too crowded during lunch hour. The staff are all friendly.
