Positive experience: really good gym, good staff and its cheap but should put mirrors in the womens changing rooms

Fantastic experience: Great range of kit for powerlifting, including specialty bars, competition spec bars and calibrated plates. Has a monolift which is handy too. If you're very short you probably won't be able to use the monolift but there is power racks available too. Great gym, friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: This place makes my body hurt... You have no idea how hard it is to wipe my bum. Great gym. Great atmosphere friendly staff and patrons. Recommend

Negative experience: Untidy weights left around rude employee broken machines also very old not the best

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant gym ️‍♂️ and the machines and free weights are excellent and as for the machines they are brand new strongly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get fit.
