Negative experience: Stood my 9yr old child up, left them waiting outside as mo didn't turn up for his session without any notice. Ignored call & message. Will go somewhere else from now on, disgraceful behaviour.

Fantastic experience: Went for a session tonight. Was a little nervous at first but it was a welcoming gym. Mo does an awesome job at motivating and encouraging you . 100% coming back for more

Fantastic experience: Very friendly team and a great workout for all ages, male and female pre-arranged socially distanced classes and 1-2-1 bookings are also taken and well managed. Great gym with a great team recommended for anyone who is prepared to get stuck in and work hard for your rewards.
