Fantastic experience: The success of this gym lies in the fact the owner is very much a part of it and not some separate corporate shareholder entity like you get with the big companies such as The Gym Group. Dave is clearly passionate about looking after his clients and has ensured that a good range of trainers are available with the right level of knowledge. It's a very inclusive gym with a friendly clientele. It is spotlessly clean. A great range of classes across different times of the day and no requirement to book which is useful. Definitely the best gym I have ever used and great that people remember your name. It's the small things that really make a difference.

Fantastic experience: Decided to join this gym as it’s close to home and rising petrol costs meant that I was no longer saving money driving further to visit a cheap chain gym. Got to say it’s the best money I’ve ever spent. The gym is clean with all the equipment needed, there’s a massive amount of classes that cater to all levels and tastes, the staff are amazing - always friendly and willing to help and the other members are brilliant too. My fitness level has improved and I’ve made friends along the way! It’s also just gone 24 hours so good for shift workers too
