Shaftesbury Recreation Ground Outdoor Gym

Positive experience: This little outdoor gym is located behind a residential area in the variously named Shaftesbury Playing Fields, for Pinner Rugby Football Club located there; and Shaftesbury Recreation Ground. It has seven pieces of equipment: a Single Leg Press, Step Box body Twister, Skier, Surfer, Exercise Bike, Single Sit-up Bench, and Space Walker, which all work with a free app from the Fitness Legacy Range which shows you how to use them safely. They're for 14+. There is also car park, a well-kept children's playground, football and rugby pitches on open grass, and of course Pinner Rugby Football Club. There are no facilities outside the Club and the high street is a good walk away. The car park gets busy when it has events on, and is closed around dusk.
