Positive experience: Lovely gym, particularly love the women’s only area. The only let down is how unclean the sauna and steam are in the women’s changing rooms, so grateful that it exists as I’ve been searching everywhere for a segregated spa but unfortunately everytime I go I see the same dirt in the same places as before.

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk through the door the staff are really helpful, knowledgeable and make you feel so welcome. The equipment itself no words are needed and the atmosphere so good

Fantastic experience: Great Gym Definitely the Best in Swansea The steam room is hit and miss sometimes it’s working sometimes not, The Gym lets itself down by playing blaring music so loud you can’t hear your own music on headphones also lets itself down by sometimes not listening to customer complaints I have been a member for a few years now and find gym facilities the best in Swansea The Gym is Spotless

Fantastic experience: THE best gym in Swansea, so much equipment, lots of specialist stuff, loads of space. The main things is they have loads of everything - racks, benches, dumbbells, endless amount of cardio machines, cable cross overs, hamstring machines, chest presses, which means you dont have to wait around very often if ever. Lovey owners and staff, loads of members are "lifers" and trained there for many many years. Sauna, steam room, cold water shower blast. The sell coffee, drinks, great supplements and lots of muscle food, and they have sunbeds and loads of parking. Always clean. They allow personal trainers to use it with their clients. Ive been a member for 15+ years.

Positive experience: Great gym, plenty of machines, and workout stations. It's been only my 3rd week here, and I'm still discovering there are additional areas with even more machines. Important thing for me is, I've never waited for a piece of equipment.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional gym, an abundance of different machines, a seperate cardio room and a huge free weight selection, also there are 4+ of each of the most popular machines so there is no need to wait eg cables, bench presses, lat pull downs, squat racks, smith machines, leg press, leg extension/curls, seated rows. The list is endless. Great value for money and the staff are always very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym around. No end of equipment which means you are never waiting around as there is always another piece of equipment available. New equipment always being invested which is always nice to see. Gym is always clean and tidy as well as great staff. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting to join a gym in the new year.

Fantastic experience: It is a properly functioning gym , though I preferred when music was a personal choice through headphones the music is notvto my taste and distracting. That saidvthe place is excellent , well equipped and clean with friendly helpful staff and customers.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always helpful, as are the other members. Well laid out with a wide range of machines. Very nice facilities in all, particularly for ladies. ( my wife is also a member). Used to have a nice coffee area, but with the new restrictions it has been closed. Overall, one of, if not the best gym in Swansea.

I Love this place.I travel from Ireland and have trained here many times over the past 17 years. As a Physical Therapist, Fitness enthusiast and Natural Bodybuilder, training is very important to me. Even on holiday. Iv trained in Gyms all over the World and this Gym is up there as one of the best gyms iv ever trained in. Huge.. Huge and Great range of equipment.. Great atmosphere. The staff and members are great, very friendly and welcoming. It's got multiple main gym floors, Ladies only Gym, Cardio room, Fitness class Rooms, Outdoor covered training area, Shop, sport supplements, meals, clothing in the reception, Sunbeds if you are into that kinda thing,Huge and clean shower rooms, Sauna, steam, Fully equipped gym and stacked with the best equipment brands in the business(Hammer Strength, Nautilus ect) . An abundance of machines and mind blowing variety , free weights and cardio equipment. It's very spacious and non intimidating. No waiting around for a free bench or any other equipment it's that big and well stocked. Incredible studios too. I'd spend hours here. It's like a candy shop for Fitness lovers and anyone just starting their Fitness Journey. My photos aren't misleading.. It's that huge. I made a walk through video from changing rooms to Gyms end and it lasts more than 4 mins. I wish I could upload it to the review. Plenty of parking as well. This place is more than a Gym. It is a very important fitness hub for the people of the area and surrounding towns. 5 stars. Simply incredible.

There is a gym specifically for the ladies although there is a mixed section if the ladies wish to train heavier weights too.. The owner and staff are fantastic.. So happy to be training hard in such a prestigious gym..

Fantastic experience: A fully equipped gym in every sense, with a huge section of free weights and endurance machines available for use. Quite possibly the biggest selection available in any gym in Wales. Definitely not a planet fitness wanna-be gym, this place has something for everyone and doesn't skimp out on anything. If you've ever been frustrated at having to wait for the other guy to finish his set on your favourite machine or struggling to find enough spare plates for that new 1RM, this is the gym for you.

Fantastic experience: unequivocally the best gym in South wales and probably in Britain. friendly staff and a very succesful personal trainer who gets fantastic results with his clients. The gym is big. Offers a huge range of free weights, cables, hammer strength .machines , to name just a few. Big cardio room equipped with state of the art machines. other facilities ive used are sunbeds, wet and dry saunas and plunge pool. there is also an comprehensively equipped womens only gym as well as spin rooms, classes and treatment rooms, from massage, beauty treatments and also fillers and botox. I also note that their client base ranges from younger enthusiasts to retired folks which speaks volumes. clothing range can be seen in reception and a range of supplements/food and be viewed. A big gym means that there are more customers with whom you can "share knowledge" if youre seriously after making physical improvements (and consequntly the positive mental impact) look no further thn Fitness stuido. Fantastic experience: Best gym in south Wales, this place has everything you could possibly need for any type of workout. Even at peak times there's plenty of equipment to spare, the sauna & steam rooms are a real treat after a workout but only the brave step foot in the cold jet shower. Only 1 drawback is the need to take your own padlock for a locker (or buy 1 at reception #MoreMoneyThanSence) in the changing rooms these days as it used to be hand in car keys and get a locker key.

Positive experience: This is one of the better gyms in the area. It is well maintained, the equipment is superb and there is plenty entertainment going on to get you through that exercise pain barrier. It is not the cheapest gym in the area but, you certainly get value for money. The cost of this place just works out over a pound a day and you can sign up on a month to month basis. This place knows how to pamper its customers.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Swansea by a country mile. Different machines for every muscle group, cardio section is huge, endless free weight section. Excellent supplements on site. Very freindly staff with a nice atmosphere to train in....wouldn't train anywhere else....had memberships elsewhere, this is the best hands down.
