SE7EN PILATES

Fantastic experience: Been going to this studio since it opened as Se7en and for many years before that, when it was Reform. All of the pilates instructors are brilliant in terms of their knowledge and the effort they put into every class. As a additional point you honestly couldn't meet a nicer or more helpful bunch! Special shout out to Maria who is an absolutely fantastic teacher and all round lovely person! ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Se7en for the past 6 months and absolutely love it. No class is the same and all of the instructors are experienced and friendly. Different variations of each move are offered dependent on ability and guidance and corrections are offered as needed. The app makes it so easy to book and I couldn’t recommend Se7en highly enough, they’ve got me totally addicted to reformer Pilates

Fantastic experience: Being an absolute amateur to Reformer Pilates, I decided to book an initial session of 5 one to one sessions, just so I could get the feel of it properly without being within a group setting. I was offered to choose which instructor I’d like and without knowing anyone I was happy to go with whoever… I was given Maria and to say I am thrilled is an understatement. Her knowledge, passion and humour is what keeps me going! We are working on perfecting the Pike and she is just so supportive. Together, we often wonder what the neighbours think hearing my squeals (from dreaded scooters and pulses) followed by belly laughs, coming from the studio. Here I am 3 months later continuing on with my 1-1 sessions, twice a week. 100% Recommend the personal training sessions. You’ll be glued

Fantastic experience: Almost at the end of first block of 10 classes with SE7EN Pilates and will definitely be booking another 10 class pass. I have primarily taken classes with Maria and Natalie. The classes are always very challenging and there is such attention to detail given on using the correct form. Would recommend this studio to anyone wanting to begin or continue with their Pilates training! ‍♀️

I’ve done classes with Maria, Leila, Jayne and Lucy and they’re all brilliant instructors, studios are gorgeous and it’s so handy with so many classes across all locations there’s always a time to suit! Worth any money I always feel it the next day!
