Negative experience: Cancelled my membership almost 2 months with Chris received a message from him to confirm cancellation but he didn’t bother cancelling my direct debit now I have been chasing him ever since and he just keeps fobbing me off and hasn’t given me my money back yet and now I will have to take it further avoid.
