Fantastic experience: Great equipment and a really nice environment to work out in. Staff were excellent and if you are like me and enjoy a quieter gym it is genuinely perfect for you. Highly recommend it and made going to the gym enjoyable as I didn't have to wait hours to access stuff. Great facilities too. Top place!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym in March after moving close to Burton from down south. My line of work means that I have worked in/been a member of a number of gyms. This is one of the friendliest/most welcoming gyms I have attended. All of the staff are approachable, they learn the names of their members and do not make you feel uncomfortable in any way. The equipment is more than enough for whatever your training needs are and there is a number of cleaning stations around. My initial visit was during peak evening hours and there is enough space and equipment to be able to complete a whole session - which is important! Whether you are new to fitness or experienced or whatever your gender, I would recommend this gym to everyone.

Positive experience: Only use for the steam room and sauna occasionally. Good facilities and reasonable day pass price. If you could adjust temp on the showers so to have a cold one after a bake in the sauna review would be 5 stars.

All the equipment is new and clean and best of all there is a sauna and steam room and they both work a treat And are very clean. I would highly recommend this gym. Fantastic experience: Joined this gym couple of weeks ago, was pleasantly surprised, not a lot of equipment but enough, clean and not to busy. Ideal for me. People in the gym are ok (not the equipment hugging desperate type) so you can use any machine or free weights and get you training done.

Fantastic experience: Fundamental Fitness is a great gym! The staff are friendly and always happy to help, the place is always clean and tidy and it's open 24/7. It's never so busy you can't train what you want to train and there is a good variety of equipment to use, new equipment appears all the time too!

Negative experience: Poor service. Still waiting for an invoice about 24 hours. As they promised it takes about 15 minutes as I asked that I need it urgent.but I did not get it yet. Two times I rang . I don't know for one invoice how long it take .May be 4 days or one week .

Fantastic experience: What you pay for is what you get, very clean compared to any other gym I've been to in Burton. I also found staff to be qualified and helpful when I needed help. I noticed most of their equipment is brand new too!! I really recommend this gym to anyone wanting a friendly & relaxed environment to train. There is also a steam room & sauna too which are also very clean and well maintained. Don't waste your time with cheap budget gyms this place is 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant gym, I cannot recommend them highly enough! Staff are all friendly and welcoming, equipment isn't just rows of treadmills there's actual variety and a decent set of weights and weight machines available, and it's wonderfully CLEAN!! Best of all, as a lone female, the secure entrance way and camera systems make me feel SAFE while I'm there, even when it's late at night. Parking could be better around working hours, but that's not their fault and I've always been able to find a space somewhere. It can get busy around 5/6pm but the rest of the time it's pretty quiet compared to other gyms I've been to. Love it!!

Good range of equipment and really quiet at non peak times. always improving and adding new equipment. Good clean shower and changing facilities been there for a year as well and never bumped into anyone else while using steamroom and sauna. Would recommend!

The changing rooms are modern and fit to purpose with showers and ensuite sauna and steam room. I've been going here now for about 5 years and I couldn't see myself going anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Friendly faces and plenty of equipment for all your training needs. Whether it's weights, cardio, open space or boxing. Don't forget the sauna and steam room too! If you've brought some change then tuck into the protein bars at the vending machines. Can't fault this gym!
