Fantastic experience: Sleafords top Gym

Positive experience: Excellent 24-hour gym. Great selection of equipment and classes are included in the £29.99 monthly fee. There is plenty of free onsite parking, too. The gym caters for all, whether you are just needing physio type exercise or heavy free weights / equipment.

Fantastic experience: Only just started classes at this gym. Great decision, great atmosphere and clean environment.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot actually explain how much I love this place and how much it has changed both my physical and mental health. I usually hate gyms, I do not like walking in and feeling like I am judged constantly by serial gym-goers with unreal bodies like The Hulk. I kept telling myself I needed to get over my fear of walking in the front doors so that I could take part in the number of fitness classes Fitness Zone has to offer. I wanted to get out of the house and get back into my fitness and this place offered everything I wanted at a reasonable, not going to kill my bank balance price. From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel so welcome. The girl on reception showed me around the place without even having to book in and talked me through everything. She made me so at ease and made me want to come back again and soon after that first initial contact I came back and took the plunge with a 3 month membership. I knew I didn't want to lock myself into a 12 month membership as I always end up unhappy and quitting so I loved that Fitness Zone not only offered this but also PAYG classes as well. I am coming to the end of my first month here and already the girl on the desk remembers my name when I rebook classes and the owner Kate is so lovely and remembers my name as well. Everyone who attends the gym are just normal down to earth people who all chat to one another and you just feel like you are a part of something. I actually look forward to coming here and taking part in a variety of classes such as pilates, dance fitness, bounce and burn and boxercise. The facilities are always spotless and there is always a parking space regardless of what time of day you arrive. I honestly think, having sampled most of Sleaford's gyms/fitness classes that this is the best out of them all. Thank you Kate and the team for making me feel so welcome and a real part of something pretty amazing! I can't wait to still be on this fitness journey with you all in years to come! :-)
