Fantastic experience: Great old school style gym. Visited for the day but members and staff friendly. Day pass only cost a fiver. If I lived locally I would definitely come here.

Fantastic experience: Great old school gym with a friendly and motivational atmosphere for seasoned lifters and beginners alike. All the machines and free weights you could need to sculpt yourself into a Greek statue. Sadly they can’t stop you eating kebabs every weekend…

I was made to feel very welcome from the first day I moved my PT business over to Winners and recommend the gym to anyone who is serious about their training.

Fantastic experience: Great little old school gym with all the machines and weights you could need and more. No joining fees and just pay in cash for day, week or month. Highly recommend if you're wanting to build muscle. Edit - there are now new owners (nice guys too) so there's now a card machine and they're starting to spend a bit of money on the place. Excited to see where Winners goes in the future.

Negative experience: The owner is a very unpleasant, unsavoury, cheap who gossips about the customers with his mates like a little boy,otherwise it is a good gym. If not for him I would rate it higher. Over the years, less and less people have come to frequent it, as there are other gyms in Nottingham, especially where the reception is friendlier. Only the regulars frequent it now, and the poor guy doesn't seem to know why that is!

Fantastic experience: Proper old school gym for serious weight training and fitness, none of the modern bulls hit you hear in "modern" gyms that are full of egotistical, all the gear and no idea clan.. Every machine and free weight you need, really friendly atmosphere, wish there was a gym like it where I live.. Owner very knowledgeable and makes you feel welcome and at ease..
