Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a proper gym, for true hard work. This is it. I wish I'd found it sooner. It's literally home from home for me and I couldn't see myself anywhere else now. Most welcoming, respectful gym with 3 floors of, in my opinion the best machines possible, and not to forget the sound of metal plates

Fantastic experience: Little gem of a gym this place. Some proper old school equipment with a friendly atmosphere. Popped in for a day visit (£3)and the guy on the front desk couldn't of been nicer. Gave me a full tour of the gym and made me feel super welcome.

Fantastic experience: Been going 3x a week for 2 months now, love the place to bits, friendly atmosphere and a great price of £3 per go for none members, member ship is cheap and theres enough free weights, machines and cardio for everyone, if people have suggestions or have tips they give you them in a friendly manner, knowledgeable staff and gym-goers. great to see both men and women a-like going to the gym for a quality work out, no messin around, just enjoying a workout!

Fantastic experience: Quality no bullsh*t gym! I only use it once a month due to coming to Carlisle for work. It's one of them old-school gyms, what I call an absolute gem! Always looked after, clean, and well maintained. Huge selection of free weights, cardio fascinates, as well as friendly and helpful staff. We need more gyms like this down here in Kent! Would highly recommend to anyone who's serious about their training.

Positive experience: its a gym!! loads of kit, plenty of weight, top blokes who run it. its one of those place where you go to lift weight and lift heavy, if you want to go and look at birds in lycra go to Banatynes. this place does not intimidate, oh and its membership free you just pay to go in ...£3!! bargin!
