Negative experience: I am putting this review in, not because there is anything wrong with the gym. It's more the attitude of the staff, particularly one person. I am not going to give any descriptions, but she is rude and arrogant. She treats certain people differently from others, and I don't appreciate being treated differently from anyone else. We are all human, and every customer should be treated the same way. This needs to be addressed. I will not be returning to the gym based on this reason.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Such a wide variety of equipment, some equipment I've never seen in any gym before, and for the monthly price it's great. I've paid a lot more for a lot less.

Negative experience: Pretentious place with a pretentious owner .. enticing customers to give reviews in order to get a free protein shake is shameless. Was a good gym previously but the food smell makes it unbearable to lift in. The lack of A/C should be illegal.. amateurs

Fantastic experience: I went on Saturday morning during my holiday in london for a day pass, I really recommend it! There is a vast array of gym equipment and the vibe are insane! Also great for creating content as the lights are great. There is also a bar with snacks and protein shakes.

Fantastic experience: We went on a Saturday morning for a day pass and the vibes are just insane!! Maria has shown us around the gym and she was so lovely. The equipment is very professional and the rooms are very big so there’s enough space between the machines. The lightings are the best for those who wants to take nice pics. Sauna also available in the changing rooms every day and we tried it after workout. The gym has also a nice bar with protein shakes & meals at a very reasonable price! Defo recommended 10/10.

Positive experience: Did a nice leg day. Area for legs is nice and quiet. A lot of machines available for press movements, hack squat was really nice. Was able to find a seated calf raise machine as well. Gyms kept clean, even the changing rooms. Machines felt smooth, wasn’t janky. Would recommend. Some of the machines might take use of having small diagrams and explanations.

Positive experience: Lots of different equipment and very spacious and clean. Could do with more smith machines and music was a bit too loud. Also missing a water fountain

Fantastic experience: Lovely Gym right off Lea Bridge road, good atmosphere with tons of equipment I was honestly spoilt for choice. They have a good playlist but my only complaint would be volume of the music in most rooms. Would recommend noise cancelling headphones if you wanna listen to your own tunes!

Negative experience: Most of the 5-star reviews are fake. Cons: - Strong smell of fried food because Evolve runs a kitchen on the floor underneath - The gym is dark. Black painted walls and ceilings. I can barely read the markings on machines and free weights - no ventilation - £50 a month Pros: an entire room for lower body

Fantastic experience: A clean, modern gym with all the high quality equipment (prime, arsenal strength & panatta) Theme is certainly dark, with the lighting set up for strong contrasts. Great for looking good but not so much if you want a view or natural light. Staff seem friendly whilst being pretty relaxed. Nb. There's a lot of stairs to get in and out, something to be aware of if that impacts you.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a East London gem! Absolutely stunning, they have different areas for workout, the lower body workout space is specially huge! They have really nice and unique equipments, what really helps you doing your exercise correctly! Going to the gym now is fun and exciting! Gym staff are nice and approachable! I highly recommend this gym!

Positive experience: Love the gym and the staff! Only little problem is the music which is quite loud, hope in the future this will be changed a little bit. Update, was a 5 star but don’t know what happened the music now is super loud. i noticed only when some people works, otherwise yes is a bit loud but not crazy and is just fine. You can’t hear your friends talking, and even with headphones you can hear the music. I thought it was only me but few people who also come there told me the same. Sadly when I said this problem to management the answer was “the music is just fine”. They didn’t even try to check if maybe someone of the staff was changing the volume. Sad because otherwise was perfect

This gym is 45 mins away from my house but I still come here EVERYDAY becoz of the support and motivation I have received from the Staff members. If you forget your pre workout/post workout, they have it all here on site for you. Robert & Jay have guided me throughout my whole gym journey and now - Gym Is Life! massive progress since I’ve started. thank you so much guys.

Fantastic experience: The best and most inclusive gym in the area. Been with them since they opened and I’ve seen them grow tremendously. The owners pride themselves in their knowledge and hand pick the pieces of equipment themselves to ensure the best pieces targeting all the muscles In addition to the above, the staff are unbelievably helpful and you don’t have to be a body builder to attend and feel comfortable here. It’s a relaxed atmosphere with great people and everyone feels welcome To top it off it’s spread over 2 floors with one floor dedicated to legs. Furthermore they also have a cafe serving healthy food to allow you to replenish with a healthy meal after your workout and a whole heap of quality supplements to take before and during your workout with great advice on what to pick I would definitely recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: Trialing a bunch of gyms. Best gym I’ve ever been to and most likely my new home for good. Easy to use brand new equipment. Staff showed me round straight away and was super friendly. Encouraged to ask for help or ask questions. Helped me with a piece of equipment I wasn’t sure about. Visited around 5pm and quiet. Did leg day and was a whole floor of equipment to use. Highly recommend.
