Hi, hope you are well. Robust cleaning regimes are still in place and we continue to pump in 100% fresh air ventilation, day and night, we clean on a daily basis, including cleaning of all equipment and gym facilities with anti-viral products. We encourage members to bring in a sweat towel to use after they have used a piece of equipment. Having cleaning stations has resulted in a significant increase in the amount of paper waster and we are focussed on minimising our waste as part of our commitment to Net-Zero. We are proud to be the very first Carbon Neutral Gym Chain in the UK. This is just a part of our efforts, for example we are also taking steps to reduce the amount of single use plastics in our vending machines.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Moll since the beginning of March and I have gained so much confidence! Her workout programs really push you past your limits and leave you feeling strong. She is so supportive and laid back! I definitely would recommend choosing her as your PT

Fantastic experience: Great gym, loads of machines and free weights now up to 50kg. Staff are friendly and knowledgable too

Fantastic experience: I started at the gym group in January - I had absolutely no clue on what to do and lacked in confidence massively. Molly is an incredible PT and I have no regrets at all for choosing her to be my trainer. She has boosted my confidence more than I ever imagined and the goals she’s helped me achieve are incredible! And coming from someone who has quite bad social anxiety, she is SO SO easy to talk to and laid back! 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great place. Lots of equipment, always clean and tidy, only issue is when there are multiple groups of young lads training together as they take up equipment for a while but other than that, no complaints. The staff are always friendly and helpful :)

Fantastic experience: I normally stay away from gyms due to being very insecure however I feel comfortable in this gym and am already seeing improvements on my self which is making me more comfortable. The staff are great and always helpful. A good crowd and everyone here works out and doesn't judge. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Newly joined member so had an induction the staff member was knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you know your pin of have it handy before getting to the door.
Negative experience: You don't have a shoulder machine there emailed you 3 times about this with no response very poor

Positive experience: I've recently joined this gym and overall first impressions are very good, friendly staff and good range of equipment. However, I feel there should be more emphasis on members re racking their weights after use, as this doesn't seem to be the norm. If someone is strong enough to leg press over 200kg surely they should be able to re rack their weights afterwards!

Fantastic experience: They actually make sure equipment isn't left to wear and tear, broken machines are fixed pretty fast, which other local gyms just can't seem to manage. It's 24hrs too at a good price, with showering facilities included in your membership too. I've not mixed much with the staff but when I have they have been warm and welcoming
Negative experience: Useless. Went to see for a day pass. No one was there, no one picked up on the help intercom. No phone call to ring either. Service disgusting so a joke! Can't comment on the gym as obviously didn't get through the doors!

Fantastic experience: Great modern gym, lovely staff, they make you feel welcome and are super knowledgeable. Loads of good squat racks and the punchbag is cool. Tee is always extremely friendly, funny and super helpful. Molly is also lovely and gives great advice

What truly sets this gym apart, however, is the supportive community that encourages members on their fitness journey. I highly recommend this gym for a balanced and enjoyable workout experience.
