Fantastic experience: Really good gym, quiet during the day but busy in the evenings. Staff aswell are really polite and welcoming they also have all the best nourishment protein shakes and good food especially for someone who’s an athlete. I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Fantastic experience: One of, if not, THE best gym in the area. Excellent equipment. Old school gym with modern vibe. Try the pendulum squat machine, the best ive ever tried. Staff and members are very welcoming and helpful too!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE THIS PLACE. It really helps my mental health. It also makes me feel much more confident in my own body while improving my physique. Staff here always make me feel welcome. The owner Zane always has a smile on his face and goes out of his way to greet me. Keep it up guys.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in the area. Zayn really cares about the gym, and is constantly on the look to improve things. Equipment is fantastic, a lot of old school stuff that you don’t get in the commercial gyms. Everyone there is friendly, and happy to help should you need advice or a spot. The only downside, and it is a small one, is that the resistance area is quite cramped as there is a lot of equipment and not a great deal of space. Would recommend to anyone!

Positive experience: Decent gym with plenty of space to manoeuvre and work out. My only issue is the treadmills look dirty and some don’t work. Otherwise very good gym.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with great staff that are always ready to help. Great music and atmosphere which plays a big part in my training. They have all the supplements you need at good prices, changing rooms, sauna.. they have good weights and machines for everything. A spectacular gym.

Positive experience: Gets very cold in winter you get few ego lifters just throwing dumbells on floor without knowing they could injure you cardio machines dated changing rooms showers dirty no locks on lockers

Fantastic experience: The gym has everything you need and more, very clean, the staff and gym users are friendly and they have a sauna in each of the changing rooms.

Fantastic experience: The gym is an awesome gym when compared to commercial gym. The reason being is that there is no need to wait for the equipment that you require to use. Regarding the design of the gym it looks like a small warehouse with two levels. The first level is all the cardio machines(e.g tredmill, steps etc). Also, when you get to the lower level it had all the free weights you can think of (Dumbbells, plated machines, benches etc). Furthermore, when I last went in there I compared the amount of plates to PureGym. They certainly have more so you can easily find more plates when required. Also regarding weight of the Dumbbells I noticed that they're completely different when compared to them other Dumbbells such as the material that it is made. However, the Dumbbells go up to 56kg with as many as 4 of each weight. Regarding the staff, they're so friendly, kind and welcoming. I asked them about doing if it's possible for me to do an advanced payment on my membership. However, this was not possible as only the manager of the gym has the access to do this which was understandable. Furthermore, the reception is located above the stairs when you walk in where all the protein shakes are. I would give them a 10/10 :) When I started my workout I looked around to get used to my surroundings as it's a new gym. I ended up noticed that the atmosphere of it was very competitive which I like as it gets me to want to do better. Lastly, I would like to give my rating overall I would say 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Old skool gym with awesome machines and free weights. The staff are awesome! It's never really, really busy, unlike commercial gyms. The best bit is people respect the place and put their weights and equipment back, so no searchng for that elusive dumbell!!! Still an awesome, albeit budget gym 10/2/22! Membership is now £25 a month, but worth every penny. They now turn on the air con when it's warm - something none of the previous owners ever did, due to it costing to much to run?!?! Can't fault I this gym at all.

Fantastic experience: Good old school gym with no frills cast iron equipment. I love it. Nice sauna as well. Don't forget to take your own towel and a pound for the locker.

Fantastic experience: Superb gym wouldn't usually rate 5 starts but couldn't find one fault.. train all over the county with work and found this the most pleasnst experience. Huge range of dunbells going up in small increments! Machines that are smooth and the movent feels right to the body! Every machine you could ask for! Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere! Cheap day to day cost, and cheap weekly fee! Sun beds, showers! Oh and a full floor to cardio abs and bags for bag work! They sell mixed suppliments ready to drink too ad very affordable prices! Trained at evolution fitness which boasted hammer strength kit but wasn't welcoming and gym was small and no one spoke. Small dumbbell area too! Loved this experience. A must for anyone wanting to build muscle or get fit!
