Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to renegade for a year now, using the gym floor and taking the evening classes. I’ve fallen in love with spin. Hyrox was added to the timetable this year. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. There are PTs on hand and for 121 packages. Plus the class instructors are always helping you reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: Whether you are new to the gym or want to try something different or learn to box / muai Thai / spin / Hyrox … I couldn’t recommend my second home any higher So much more than a gym it’s a community of like minded wonderful people with incredible coaches & pts that will cater to your ability and show you just what you are capable of and so much more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: Do not join a membership here Ashbourne the company they use are a joke I missed one payment in a year and they are asking for double this month just because I missed my payment 3 days ago and when you go into renagade they are useless and don't help you at all just say you signed it and yes I did but did realise I was going to get robbed blind by the company they use

Fantastic experience: This gym is unique and very well laid out. The boxing gym is the highlight and the staff are very welcoming and always on hand to help.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. It has many different areas where you can work out in. During the day time you can go upstairs in the mat area and be in your own zone. I love all the classes especially the squat class. Very clean gym. The staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. They are always happy to help you out or give you a little challenge if you’re not sure what you want to do for a workout. They offer a free try for some classes so give them a shout

Friendly & extremely knowledgable staff & trainers. I’ve been to a fair few gyms within Hertfordshire & can certainly say Renegade ranks as the best gym hands down.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 4 years now and the gym has grown and developed around its customer base. The classes are well designed with a focus on form and quality of movement, this leads to gains in cardio fitness, strength, mobility and confidence. The recent revamp is brilliant and the owners are constantly looking at ways to improve equipment, facilities and classes to give to best to us. A fantastic gym that welcoming and friendly to all that come, what ever stage of fitness you maybe at.... I love being a member !

Fantastic experience: I came here last year after lockdown from a very commercialised gym. Since commencing the classes and learning how to lift weights correctly my shape has changed and I feel more confident! Renegade is a great gym with great staff and brilliant atmosphere.

Used to train here and have honestly missed the place so much since moving as I haven't found anywhere that replicates it!

I have been a member of renegade for many years, watching it grow and evolve. The recent revamp and new equipment has been amazing. So much variety with many varied classes, I use both the classes and the gym floor. Staff always on hand for help and support, offering P.T’s to accommodate all training needs. My daughter attends the Muay Thai classes and has been made very welcome. These have been a great confidence boost amd she’s made some great friends. It’s a lovely family run gym that makes you feel like one big family community.

Fantastic experience: Honest, hardworking run gym which is also a second home. Family run with friendly and supportive staff with the community in its focus. Has a great mix of combat classes for the kids and weights and cardio for the adults. Everyone is equal and also feel welcomed.

They adapt to all abilities and have amazing choice. They have been fab over lockdown with online classes and even got new equipment. It’s my happy place.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym with great facilities over two floors. Ground floor Hammer Strength machines and free weights, first floor combat area with boxing ring and bag station. Excellent coaches for 1-2-1s and strength and conditioning classes.

Fantastic experience: Took my 2 boys to join boxing, very surprised that the subscription covers all kids sessions & not just boxing. Staff are friendly, the whole set up is extremely good, fromm staff to equipment. I'd recommend trying this place

Fantastic experience: Absolutely superb place to train, I attend the ladies Muay Thai and my son does the kids classes, the coaches are so dedicated to what they do, I have learnt so much and after every class I'm excited for the next one, couldn't recommend this place enough, my son loves it too.

There are many different classes now on offer, all sorts of contact sports, bootcamp, yoga, pliyo and the usual free weights and machines, treadmills and much more. This is a great place to go.
