Fantastic experience: Awesome gym everyone always welcoming people in no nonsense gym and everyone always on hand for advice or help.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant well equiped gym with top atmosphere ,managed and nurtured by owner Ken.

Negative experience: Gym looks nice however poor communication and customer service. After visiting the gym I attempted to contact the owner regarding a membership but there’s no contact number or email for the gym, you have to use instagram. After replying initially the owner has gone silent for 2 weeks and has ignored multiple instagram messages.

Fantastic experience: Great looking Gym with 2 separate buildings 1- with an array of weight lifting equipment 2- with a large functional training area containing mats, suspension trainers, punch bags, battle ropes, treadmills, bikes, Bulgarian bags plus much more! Refreshingly independently owned too!
