Fantastic experience: I can not get better here I e been to a few gyms round addlestone and over the country and addlestone snap fitness is the one to go to. Staff are great, hopefully, they if you need them (staff times of course) it's open 24/7 been coming here since it opened 22/nov/2024 I've never thought about leaving like I have done before in previous gyms. Definitely the place to come for friendly staff and other using the gym are just as friendly thanks to JP and the team For helping me mentally and physically love come to you guys.

Positive experience: The gym is good, the equipment is vast and you can train every muscle, there are also a lot of cardio machines. Environment is ok, personally there are better gyms in the area but this one is still good.

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write reviews, but feel I had too. I joined up to Snap Fitness Addlsetone, very nervous and hadn’t been to a gym in years due to a back injury. The staff here we’re so accommodating, John and Charly have been so helpful. The machines are amazing, so easy to use and no issues with my back. Can’t wait to see the progress I’ve made, Cannot thank the the Team at Addlestone Enough.

Fantastic experience: Been to Snap Addlestone today and wow! what a great gym and addition to the area! The team were really friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. The equipment was also fantastic with myself being a big fan of the Hammer strength kit. I will also be looking to take part in the spin classes in the near future :)

Fantastic experience: Wow what amazing facilities! I booked in for tour as I was not sure whether to join or not as I was a member else where, but once I was showed the facilities and saw the range of equipment they had here, I signed up straight away!

Negative experience: I came to the gym to try the equipment as I was looking to move away from my current gym due to distance. I was told no day passes were allowed and was told if I wanted to try the machines I would have to sign up for a membership. I have a bad hip that a lot of leg equipment aggravates so was very disappointed to be turned away. The gym was empty we weren't going to be a problem and we had to leave and drive to another gym. Not how customer service should be done.
Hi Marcus, Thank you for writing in. This is correct as we have only opened this week and the gym is new for everyone, we wanted members to have the chance to get settled and use the equipment, so we are not doing drop-in sessions as was requested. We have had a high volume of day pass and drop in requests, which is why we decided that it would be best for our members if we postponed this service slightly. We are sorry to hear of your injury and we would have been more than happy to give you a tour around the gym where you could have told us about your injury and we could have run through the equipment with you, rather than just have a workout. We appreciate that the gym was quiet when you arrived, but we had pre-arranged tours and inductions booked in, which is another reason why we are unable to do accommodate drop-in sessions. Please feel free to give us a call if you would like to come down for a day pass in the future.
