Fantastic experience: Definitely the best gym I've been to. The prices are fantastic, the equipment and coaching is world class and you might even rub shoulders with Olympians!!! Get yourself down there.

Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend this gym, I started here as part of a New Years resolution from lockdown and thought I’d only last a couple of days, that was nearly two years ago now and I’ve been going consistently since - it wasn’t just a fad I think it helped to have the introduction session with Wayne, it was a great way to get used to the equipment and atmosphere. The staff have always been helpful and on hand to assist with any queries and kudos to the other gym goers as well, I’ve found them to be friendly and I’ve not had any bad experiences in all my time. I think it’s well priced and good to see that this includes the classes, although I’m still yet to try a class out. I thought I’d already done my review before, but I’d clearly forgot. So, if you’ve recently made a New Years resolution like I did, then I would recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and friendly Staff and gym members. The coaching is a high standard for both beginners and experience athletes. Excellent facilities. Very clean. The gym offers both membership and drop-in option. I can highly recommend this gym and look forward to returning.

Fantastic experience: Been at the gym over 6 months now. The staff and tbf members too, are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The equipment is great. When broken its replaced or fixed quickly. The pricing and no contract is helpful. Couldn't speak more highly tbf. PTs are great too.

Fantastic experience: Waited a month before posting. Never been a gym before in my life as I was too nervous to set foot in one. Joined United and I don't know what I was bothered about. Friendly atmosphere and a gym for all ages, no egos, everyone happy to help from staff to other gym goers. The price is the best around and well worth what you pay. A wide variety of machines, weights and other equipment to help with all. I'd recommend this gym to anyone, I've been there 2 months and have met like minded people of all ages. A really nice place and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I went to this gym for the first time day and just WOW! The owner was amazing very professional showed us round im a very self conscious person and was so worried but I never felt so comfortable even other users of the gym were helpful I would 100% recommended this gym

Fantastic experience: Great place, membership low price, been going to this place for many years, it keeps being improved. The owner is always keen to help out with any issues you may have and has time to talk about training in general if you need it. New coffee machine plus amazing express yoga class I attend there as well as the ️ weights room. Just keeps getting better.

Fantastic experience: Amazing friendly gym, very clean and organised. Wayne has done a great job in trying to meet everyone's needs whether it be Strength and Comditioning, General Fitness, Classes, Bodybuilding or Power Lifting.... there is something for everyone. Great and knowledgeable staff. Definitely fits the slogan.... small enough to care. Keep up the great work

Negative experience: If you like small, closed in, spaces with very basic fixed path equipment then this is your place. If you're looking to pregress then I'd recommend a gym that has the capacity and intention to progress your training and lifestyle. The staff were not very helpful but, in their defence, there is not much to explain. I love to train and I love places that encourage you to do better. I didn't get that feeling here - it was maintenance at best. If you pay a little more then you could join a few better (in my opinion) Gyms in the area - bodywize, the iron generation gym gym, Empire, to name a few independent ones. Dwayne.

Fantastic experience: Great little gym. Has many essential gym equipments and is run by a great bunch of people. Friendly but small, however big enough to enjoy going to gym. Many thanks to James and his cohorts for providing this at an amazing price also!
