Fantastic experience: Just the best place to help change your life style and achieve the goals you want to achieve. The support from Chris and Sam who run the training is brilliant. The support from the other members is amazing, it literally is a pleasure to go due to the support. I started 15 months ago and am now 57 years old, 5.5 stone lighter and feeling the best I have in years, thanks to everyone at the Boss family.

Sam and Chris make you feel totally at home and get to know you, what you can do and make sure you get the best out of every workout I did the 6 week course and saw a massive improvement in my weight, health and confidence.
