Fantastic experience: I go there for the gym and my kids go for the boxing they always come home happy telling me about the boxing and the coaches are all nice they have a really good coaching .

The 1-2-1 sessions are great to build that connection with the coach and understand the sport more. Definitely recommend

Really good prices for amazing quality training that's catered to the individual's needs and goals. Welcoming towards everyone no matter your fitness level or boxing experience, from total novice to aspiring champion.

Fantastic experience: Rasib is a fantastic trainer. Been training with him at the premier boxing gym for just over 2 weeks and I've already lost 9kg. He will put you through your paces and will make you achieve things that you thought would never be possible. He is the best value trainer in all of Bolton.
