Fantastic experience: Danielle is great, she really works me hard. She’s been training me now for good few years, and I’ve always been happy how she sets me a target to reach and Helps me to get there. Danielle has plenty of knowledge about health & fitness behind her, as she’s been doing this for years and years, so she definitely 100% no’s what she’s taking about, when she gives advice. She’s very understanding, friendly, and caring and so down to earth, which is why it never feels uncomfortable when Im with her .

Fantastic experience: Danielle is such a lovely, bubbly and chatty trainer she really helps to keep your mind off the job at hand and time really flies! She knows how to get the results you need and will really listen and take on board what you are trying to achieve. She will work you much harder than you would if you went to the gym alone.
